Pros:

The location is ok. In general it is a quiet place, however there were noisy construction works close to the hotel during our stay. It is easy to access the building, the floor and the room.
The beds are very comfortable and we slept well.

Cons:

It was not clean. Dirty windows, dirty floors. The air-conditioning system in the bathroom does not work well and generates noise during the night. Not well equipped kitchen - there is kitchen but almost unusable.

Pros:

Near nakajima station, nakajima park and easy to ride bus to the airport.
The hotel also near to the convenience store.easy to checkin.
Kitchen is complete.
