Super Hotel, echtes 5-Sterne-Niveau.
Its calming and relaxing
They only had hi-tea for evenings
great property and remains my first choice for staying in Faisalabad. The hotel offers a premium feel with classic room design, quality toiletries, and a lovely breakfast experience. The reception team, bell staff, and housekeeping personnel are professional, courteous, and truly reflect good hospitality standards.
However, there is a serious concern regarding the parking and security staff. Unfortunately, they are the first people guests interact with before even entering the hotel, and basic etiquette and courtesy seem to be lacking in these interactions. A welcoming first impression is extremely important, and when the initial experience feels unfriendly or uncomfortable, it affects the overall stay from the very beginning.
With some improvement in guest handling and courtesy training for the parking and security team, the experience could easily go from very good to excellent.
the parking and arrival experience seriously need improvement. After driving 4–5 hours from another city, guests naturally expect convenient and welcoming parking arrangements, but unfortunately that is rarely the case here. Finding parking is often stressful, especially during hotel events when the area becomes heavily congested. Most of the time, guests are forced to squeeze their cars into awkward spaces near the exit area and then drag luggage and carry laptops across uneven roads because no one notices or assists arriving guests.
What makes it more frustrating is that the parking area closest to reception is usually chained off by the valet staff. If you prefer to park your own car instead of handing it over for valet service, the attitude can become unnecessarily difficult. During my latest visit, I found an available spot and while parking, a valet staff member approached aggressively, argued disrespectfully, and attempted to stop me without giving a clear reason. When I continued parking to avoid unnecessary confrontation, he starte to play victum card, pretending to be hit by my car- situation was escalated further and even involved a supervisor, who also insisted I could not park there without properly explaining why.
The second concern is the behavior of the security staff near the reception entrance. While I fully understand and appreciate the importance of security checks and bag scanning, the approach often feels unnecessarily commanding rather than welcoming. Regular guests already understand the procedure, yet the communication style can make visitors feel as though they are entering a restricted facility instead of a hotel. A more polite and patient approach would make a significant difference, especially for first-time visitors who may already find the entry and scanner arrangement somewhat confusing.
This hotel truly offers excellent guest experience, but must note hospitality starts from the very first interaction.
All was okay
I like all things
Staff at reception delayed my check in for no reason
Most staff were great, facilities clean
Communication was poor in places e.g. check out which caused some issues but they managed to get resolved in the end
The staff were excellent especially Kumail at front desk and the duty manager Khurram who were very attentive to our needs. All staff very friendly and kind
Nothing
The place and ambience
The room was smelling and totally failed to value for money
