Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was gorgeous and so spacious! Shame we only stayed one night.

Flott opphold, nydelig beliggenhet, men noen småting de med fordel kan forbedre.
Pros:

Beliggenheten!! Meget stille område og i utrolig vakre omgivelser. Buss som går rett utenfor hotellet, men også flott gåtur til alt! Litt bakker opp fra byen igjen, men i kjempefine gater/ inn i slottsområde. Eneste vi hørte av lyd på natten var fuglesang.

Vi hadde suite, fantastisk flott rom, sikkert 5m under taket, store vinduer ut mot plassen. Dellige produkter på badet, god løsning med adskilt do/ bad. Kaffemaskin på rommet og kjøleskap/ minibar. Store badekåper til hele familien.

God frokost og veldig hyggelige og serviceinnstilte folk som jobbet der!

Cons:

Vi opplevde noen ansatte som lite imøtekommende, nesten litt avvisende. Vi spurte om råd om offentlig transport, da vi ønsket å utforske byen på denne måten. Fikk bare et avisende svar om at de anbefalte taxi istedenfor, da dette var enklere. De bestilte også 2 taxier til oss da vi skulle reise tilbake til flyplassen, da de mente vi hadde for mye bagasje til en. De konfererte ikke med oss først. Bagasjen fikk fint plass i en bil.

Det ene dusjhodet i dusjen var også ødelagt, festet til dusjhodet skled bare ned. Vi påpekte dette, da vi foretrekker denne dusjen fremfor regnfall. Damen i resepsjonen sa bare sorry for at det var ødelagt, men ingen gjorde noe for å fikse det. Vi endte med å fikse det selv med en hårstrikk..

Renholdet på rommet var også veldig enkelt gjennomført. Vasken på badet ble ikke tørket over, støvdottene hoppet på gulvet og sengene var redd opp i full fart. Slik vi ser det, kunne de like gjerne ha droppet å gå inn på rommet. Vi redde opp sengene selv istedenfor.

Super Lage auf der Burg direkt neben der Bushalteststion,, sehr schöne Familienzimmer, nette Rezeption

Parken ist möglich für 25 Euro/Tag

Cons:

Frühstück war inklusive, das Essen an sich war auch gut (kein Buffet, es wird von einer kleinen Karte gewählt), allerdings war jeden Tag etwas anderes nicht verfügbar (mal kein Saft, mal keine Crossaints, mal keine heisse Schokolade) und die Wartezeiten waren teilweise für diesen Preis nicht mehr tragbar (1h für Eier)

Excellent stay. And I’m coming back for sure!
Pros:

I was so happy and pleased staying at Baltazar. Right from my check in until I checked out, I had an amazing experience staying here. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully maintained and holds a unique character and style which I really loved. One thing that’s worth mentioning is also about the food at the in house restaurant. I did not feel like eating from anywhere else after having the food from the Baltazar restaurant. Absolutely delicious. They had a very good breakfast too. Thanks a lot for the excellent service.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything. Absolutely loved my stay!
