Very comfortable stay at Prazeres. Will definitely recommend all who wish to stay in Panjim.
Pros:

The staff was always very helpful. The location is in a good place. Lot of good eateries around and near to Caranzalem and Miramar beach.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and we'll maintained.. staff was friendly and cooperative. I also met with the owner.. I found him to be amicable and willing to go out of his way for guest comfort. He offered to provide packed breakfast since we had a 7 a.m. check out...

Cons:

I found the cost of the food to be on the higher side.

Clean rooms. Beautiful surroundings. Cheerful staff. One major concern is the breakfast. Paid or complimentary, it is not worth it. I would recommend opting for the rooms without the breakfast. Plenty of options close by. Owner was gracious to accept this constructive feedback. Hope the breakfast quality improves.

Utter waste experience. hopeless food and good for nothing staff. If you want a hoeless vacation, you can stay here..

The property was good..

Cons:

The service was pathetic.. v v bad..
—>No wifi full 2 days.
—>The overall staff and service was hopeless.
-They provided an uthappam and poori after 1 hour and the taste was so bad..but they charge v v high..
-Even if u ask for a water bottle or plates they take 30 mins to give that too with 2-3 followups.
Noone stays at the reception to pick the call and the whole staff and even the owner does not know how to run the business properly.
The owner doesn’t know how to maintain and manage the staff..
V v v pathetic untrained staff. Only the night duty receptionist was good.
Even other folks who stayed at the property had the same issues.

Pros:

The service was excellent. They accommodated all my requirements related to the check-in time. The front desk staff was very helpful and assisted me over the phone regarding payment acceptance before I arrived in Goa. I also asked about the distance between the hotel and Bambolim Stadium, and she provided all the necessary information. She helped me with many things, making my stay smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Think before you book
Pros:

Location and friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Absolutely no choice for breakfast . Cooks were not experienced so quality of food just not palatable .
Towels , tub curtains way below standard
Had to change room due to air-conditioning issues .
Over priced for the facilities provided.

Pros:

Lovely room, great view, friendly staff. Felt almost like a homestay, but with hotel-like amenities.

Great Stay
Pros:

Great hotl of short & long stays, Clean & fresh rooms, Spotless bathrooms. Great open view from my room. Late checkin was perfect. The Staff was really great. Location couldn't get any better.

Really good, pleasant, quiet, spacious room with green views.
Pros:

A gated property with well-maintained garden, car-port, reception and common areas. Very friendly, open and efficient staff in reception (Davesh & Jitesh) and housekeeping. Very spacious room with beautiful field view. Clean and well-insulated for air-conditioning and soundproof. Bathtub was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

To get hot water, you need to let the tap run for over 5 mins. There were some small flies on the bathroom ceiling, but no mosquitos or unpleasant insects.
