Fijne locatie makkelijk bereikbaar

Cons:

1. Bij onze eerste kamer waren er een aantal dingen die kapot waren
2. We hadden elke avond ondanks dat we heel lief een andere kamer hadden gekregen de laatste twee nachten, echt super veel geluidsoverlast van buiten dus dat was wel vervelend. Als ik dat namelijk had geweten weet ik niet of ik het hotel had geboekt want we lagen er echt van wakker

Un séjour très satisfaisant grâce au confort des chambres et à la situation géographique de l'hôtel.
Pros:

L'établissement est calme, propre et l'emplacement est idéal. La literie est de grande qualité et le buffet du petit-déjeuner propose un choix très varié.

Cons:

L'accueil à mon arrivée tardive était un peu en retrait par rapport aux standards de l'hôtel. Le personnel semblait débordé, ce qui a rendu le contact un peu froid malgré la qualité du reste du séjour.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is chic and modern. Spacious and comfortable room. Coming with all standard additions like toiletries, slippers etc. Most of the staff was helpful and adorable staff. Right next to the metro. The breakfast was delicious and with many varieties. All was great

Very relaxing after a day wandering around in Shanghai

Great location 5 min walk from central railway station. Very kind staff, spacious room with excellent beds.
Excellent breakfast, really amazing.
Big and heated pool for swimming open from 7 AM

Pros:

Liked the staff. They were very nice and helpful

Cons:

There was no air conditioner in the hotel. It was ridiculous. We couldn’t sleep properly. They asked to open the windows which invited mosquitoes. Although they upgraded us to rooms on the top floor, there was still no ac. It was the worst.

Pros:

Was good location, staff very helpful.

Cons:

Only issue was aircon was not working we requested a fan as it was too hot to sleep and no air flow in room. They told us it would take two business days to fix aircon and no fan was provided for those two days. Once aircon was fixed and fan provided after 2 days, it was a nice enough stay.
