Mediocre.
Pros:

L’emplacement.

Cons:

Le personnel à l’accueil. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et un enfant. Avec le petit déjeuner compris. Mais à l’arrivée on nous persiste à dire que le tarif payé TOUT compris à booking ne comprend pas le petit déjeuner pour notre enfant !! Quel surprise !

Pros:

*Room is clean and aesthetic
*Easy access to Shanghai Railway station/metro station
*Reception can converse well in english when spoke with them
*They generously provided on the drinking water bottle in the room..6bottles everyday
*Wifi provided but too slow
*Attentive staff upon complaining things..they responded promptly

Cons:

*Non-smoking floor but can smell strong cigarette smokes everyday and it absorbed in my room..having sore throat due to having smokes allergy…complaint to the reception and they said have informed guest next door not to smoke and did offer me to move to another floor but i refused to since the smoking one is the guest next door and how come he stays in the non smoking floor…the next day still the same having ciga smokes smells continuously till my 6th days stayed there.
*The Room view is too bad..not a city view but just the opposite building and the parking side
*No halal/muslim-friendly option for Muslim breakfast
*Ceiling rain shower did not works well as it still drop cold water when you choose not to use it
*No bidet spray or smart bidet
*On the First day, the welcome screen on the tv appeared to be another guest name and did complaint to reception and they only fix it on the 3rd day
* Luggage stand/rack need to request

Pullman Shanghai Jing‘an ist ein Erlebnis, habe den Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen!
Pros:

Die Nähe zur Shanghai Railway Station und zur Subway, der Swimmingpool, die gut durchdachte Ausstattung der Zimmer, das wirklich gelebte Nachhaltigkeits-Konzept, die echte Ruhe auf den Zimmern, das reichhaltige Frühstück, die angenehm lebendige Atmosphäre in Lobby, Frühstückssaal und begrüntem Innenhof, das aufmerksame und stets hilfsbereite Personal, nicht zuletzt der Suzhou River, der in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen ist und dessen reich gestaltete Uferpromenade zum Flanieren einlädt.

Gesamt war es ein gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Gut gelegen an dem Shanghai Bahnhof, allerdings benötigt man für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der Metro immer einen Umstieg.

Cons:

Für einen niedrigeren Preis, findet man meiner Meinung nach ähnlich gute Hotels in Shanghai.

Pros:

Well located and beautiful ! Catered to our needs and also have some sustainable options that they’re using … our stay was comfortable … also late checkout was helpful !

Cons:

Nothing too strong… but maybe drinking water should be unlimited …. They did increase our limit though … some things in the bathroom need to be refurbished … sink to specific !

Pros:

All the staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfasts were very varied and filling.The gym was clean and tidy. The location was right next to the train station. Whenever I needed a taxi, the location allowed me to reach anywhere quickly.

Fijn en mooi hotel, goed bereikbaar
Pros:

Schone mooie kamers, het hotel heeft een mooi design, inchecken verliep soepel en zeer vriendelijk. De metro en een groot treinstation liggen direct naast het hotel. Fijn groot zwembad en de schoonmakers waren ontzettend vriendelijk en professioneel. De bedden zijn fantastisch!

Cons:

Als ik dan iets moet noemen: de meeste portiers bij de entree van het hotel waren totaal ongeïnteresseerd, veelal in gesprek met elkaar of bezig op hun telefoon en hadden geen oog voor (arriverende) gasten. Niet 5-sterren waardig. Bij het zwembad is een badmuts verplicht, wat volledig OK is, maar er moest €10,- voor worden betaald. Dat had ik toch bij de prijs inbegrepen verwacht…
