Completely Misleading Photos, Poor Hygiene, and Overpriced
Cons:

Misrepresented Property & Views: The photos on Booking.com are completely misleading. The listing promises a mountain view, but there is no such view. The actual property looks nothing like what is shown online.

Unexpected Lack of AC: The listing did not state that the room was non-AC. Located in Anachal, the weather here requires AC during parts of the day.

Hygiene Issues: The room was not clean—pillows and blankets were stained, curtains were dirty, and the bathroom was unhygienic. A snail even managed to crawl inside with the balcony door shut.

Disappointing Food & Pool: The pool was dirty with visible debris. Dinner was terrible—burnt Gobi Manchurian and a Chettinad chicken curry filled with excessive mustard.

Overpriced: Paying ₹6,445 for two days for this level of quality and service was absolutely not worth it.

April 18-19we stayed in this property and no electricity for whole night

Cons:

We stayed for one night at Gardenia (Voya Home) in Munnar. There was no electricity the whole night and the generator was also not working. We informed the property at night but the issue was not resolved. We could not sleep and the stay was very uncomfortable. Since basic facility like electricity was not provided, we request a full refund for this booking. Please help resolve this
