The bed was comfy

Room was full of mosquitoes 🦟 asked for the room to be sprayed still waiting for that to happen so found a shop and bought some next day after been out returned to room at 5 o'clock to find room had not been cleaned as we had arranged to meet friends that evening as for the restaurant and bar staff they haven't got a clue what they are doing told to put your purchases on your room number asked for the bill you received several bills and you are left to add them up

All in all was a great weekend and parents have booked for a week in March.
Pros:

For the price we paid, there are better hotels in Calangute.
Pros:

The area is good as we’ve stayed in the same area multiple times.

Cons:

What we paid didn’t match our expectations of the resort. I expected more after paying 15k per night, when we checked in, there was a smell in the bathroom, we booked a suite room as there was three of us, but the third ‘bed’ was rock hard and not comfortable at all. We come to Goa every year for Christmas and New Year and I can say that I’ve stayed in much better hotels than Bloomsuites. Last year we stayed at Clarion Ocean Palms and that was an excellent stay, primarily due to their staff, they were all great. There was a couple of staff members at Bloomsuites who were good, one looked after the pool and the other was in the restaurant but I don’t know their names.
