Very good hotel and would come back
Pros:

View from the room, cleanliness and comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was good although the evening buffet could be better. Staff were excellent throughout and food at the pool bar very good too.

Cons:

Locks on the toilets were broken in same areas. Strange to have sinks in the room as you walk in on the left.

Pros:

Das Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer war super schön. Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich und hat alles gemacht, um Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir durften nach einem Tag nochmal ein ruhigeres Zimmer beziehen. Der Chefkoch organisierte für mich extra Chilli. 😊 Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ging bis 11.00 Uhr.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen, lauten Straße.

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, wobei das Abendessen nicht gut war, war aus meiner Sicht vergleichbar mit einem „Kantinenessen“.

Unangenehm empfand ich es, dass wir mehrmals (per Mail, per Brief) aufgefordert wurden, dass Hotel mit 10 zu bewerten.

Seguro que volveré pronto, y ojalá nuevamente en la habitación 906, con esa vista maravillosa al atardecer. 😊

Estuve en el hotel Benalmádena Spirit durante mi convalecencia y realmente encontré el descanso que necesitaba.
Ellos escucharon mi petición: quería tranquilidad y una habitación donde pudiera ver la puesta de sol… y así fue. Fue un detalle muy bonito y muy apreciado.
Regina, de recepción, fue adorable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar.
El servicio en general fue excelente.
Naia, la camarera, muy amable y profesional con los clientes.
Y también Vanessa, del servicio de limpieza, hizo un trabajo impecable.
Gracias por estas vacaciones maravillosas y por vuestra amabilidad humana. Volveré con mucho gusto. ❤️
