Friendly and efficient staff. Service from the Heart
Noisy at times
As soon as you walk in to the hotel lobby, it feels like you are in a very good hotel and the reception team who checked us in greeted us warmly and were efficient and friendly. We were shown to our room and were happy to find it, and the bathroom, spacious, well appointed and clean. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and we received exceptional service. As we were checking out in the early hours, a small packed breakfast was prepared for us to take.
On our first night, we decided to have dinner in the restaurant and unfortunately experienced the worst service we had throughout our time in India. As there was a buffet it appeared that the team weren't enthusiastic that we wanted to go a la carte but said we could. We were ready to order, menus closed, only the second table occupied in the restaurant, about four waiting staff wandering around and some six chefs at the open kitchen and appearing from the back, but we waited and waited. We had to call loudly to get our order taken. We were told that it would be a 30 minutes wait – for a pizza, noodles with vegetables. My husband had also ordered a soup, which happened to be on the buffet. When I enquired, after some time, why at least the soup hadn't been served, I was told that it was being freshly made as it was a la carte! Eventually, the pizza and noodles came and I observed a waiter go to the buffet, filled a bowl with soup, and walked a long way around to bring it to our table. I said 'that has just come from the buffet' – 'no, madam, it hasn't'. We were kept waiting for our bill and had to ask for it twice and then told we couldn't add it to our room. The soup had been removed as my husband said it was awful. (Everything else was very good and fresh.) We complained to reception and spoke to the manager, emphasising that I had been blatantly lied to. He didn't show real concern but two fresh fruit platters were in our room the next day – possibly a sorry but no note to say so.
After the dinner we thought a nightcap might help us to unwind and so headed to the bar. Whether it was a private party we don't know, but music was pumping out with loud karaoke and it appeared full of men who seemed to be very drunk and hyper. It was also very dark in there as well. We felt we had walked in to un underground and very dodgy bar.

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access key attractions, shopping districts, temples, and malls. Its convenient location also allows guests to explore a variety of cuisines at nearby restaurants. Breakfast at the Brick Oven restaurant was delightful, with delicious dishes served each morning. The customer service was outstanding, with staff at all levels providing excellent support and hospitality throughout the stay.

Good breakfast with variety of south Indian & English breakfast. Rooms are good & beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean & cleaned by staff everyday with complementary water bottles. We did had dinner couple of days & I can't complaint about the food options.
Dinner in restaurant are over priced where there are few restaurants near by cost lot cheaper with similar options.
Breakfast buffet was good - a variety of cuisine was available. Enjoyed a sumptuous veg buffet dinner at the Royal Indianaa. Staff were polite and helpful at all times. I was travelling alone so I booked the cheapest room but it was fairly large and had all the enecessary amenities needed. Location was superb and getting around was easy and convenient.
It’s very near a restaurant and you can actually walk to town..
We liked the staff generally. To be very specific, front desk officer Ms. Aarthi showed excellent response. Besides, Mytheeswaran showed exceptional support in accomplishing our luggage movement with a smile on his face always.
