Pros:

Buffet breakfast, helpful and professional staff, quiet and comfortable room.

Cons:

There was no conditioner provided. Only shampoo was provided. I had to buy conditioner from shop outside since our hair started turning frizzy without conditioner.

Wonderful stay!!
Pros:

This is my go to property!! Excellent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and outstanding service. The staff were warm, attentive, and they made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Great location, delicious breakfast, and well-maintained facilities. Highly recommend it, and I look forward to staying here again.

An unforgettable stay made even more special by the genuine kindness and care of the staff.
Pros:

We had a really lovely stay. The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.

Our room was cleaned every day and restocked with everything we needed. Room service was always quick to respond and the food at the restaurant was really good with lots of tasty options.

Me and my mum also had a blow dry and face threading done and the lady did an amazing job. She was so lovely, professional and made us feel completely at ease.

I also want to mention one member of staff who went above and beyond to help us. My daughter accidentally left one of her favourite Crocs in the taxi that brought us to the hotel. When I called the taxi driver, he said he was too busy to bring it back and wasn’t willing for us to collect it either. I was really upset because they were my daughter’s favourite.

I explained the situation to the gentleman who was standing by the hotel entrance (I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name in the panic). He kindly took the phone, spoke to the taxi driver himself and even went out of his way to collect the Croc for us. Then the hotel called our room to let us know it had arrived safely.

It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture and it meant so much to us. Thank you for going above and beyond to help our family. Your kindness made a stressful situation so much easier and we’re incredibly grateful.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We’d be happy to come back again and highly recommend to our family and friends.
