It was a great experience. Would visit again.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The variety and quality was superb.
The rooms were clean and all items were good quality.

Cons:

I wish the rooms had 2 queen bed setup where a family of 4 can easily accommodate in one room instead of requesting for additional beds or rooms. I come from US and here every hotel has this option.

Good and clean hôtel
Pros:

L’établissement est propre et est proche de Pondy Bazar. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est délicieux où l’on trouve aussi bien des produits occidentaux qu’indiens. Le personnel du service du petit déjeuner est extra ! Bravo à eux ainsi qu’aux managers.
La chambre est faite tous les jours avec des bouteilles d’eau minérale. Le massage est bien mais un peu cher. Le soir il y avait de l’animation notamment un karaoké indien . La salle de Gym est propre avec des bouteilles d’eau et serviettes 👍

Cons:

Pas de service de réservation de taxi à notre arrivée. Ils sont tous occupés soit disant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Pas de serviette pour le visage malgré nos demandes à la réception à plusieurs reprises .la piscine est petite

5 star rating scam. This should be no more than a 3 star!

Outside the nice hotel car driver, this hotel absolutely stinks!

Cons:

Everything from their staff and managers walk around taking orders and getting confused. The hotel stinks! Disappointing location with absolutely no place outside to walk.
