Pros:

Location was good to go see the deer’s via public transport, bed was pretty hard but that’s usual, it was clean and the lady was lovely.

Pros:

You can use kitchen and utilities to prepare food. There was a place to read and play games as well. The self checkout was efficient.
We could have left our luggages before checkin.

excellent cozy guesthouse in Nara with great proximity to station and downtown area
Pros:

I stayed with my girlfriend so the room, while cozy, was excellent for our needs. The location is in great proximity to the station, as well as a short walk away to downtown Nara and the deer park. The room had everything we needed and the wifi was great too. Also they were able to store our bags for a couple hours after we checked out while we explore the city.

Cons:

Probably would not recommend the twin bed room for friends or 2 people who are not close, as the bathroom situation can be uncomfortable for some.

Great for a couple night stay in Nara! Close to the main train station and many restaurants!
Pros:

Close to the train station it was easy to venture around Nara and other areas. The staff were very friendly and able to assist with any problems that arose. Great value for money.

Cons:

It is quite far from the Deer park, however if you dont mind walking it is not that bad.

Cute and clean
Pros:

The design of the room was very pleasing-- it was a nice place to stay with a partner. Also enjoyed the high pressure shower and heated toilet seat. Room felt very secure. Had the least cramped bathroom out of all the places we stayed in.

Cons:

The sink was very small and hard to use without splashing water on the floor, but small sinks turned out to be quite common in Japan. It was hard to effectively ventilate the bathroom while out during the day, and ventilation was often needed because, well, there was a lot of sink water on the floor...

皆様方の口コミ通りで良かったです。
Pros:

繁華街から少し離れている。作りがシンプルで余計なものが無くていい。適度な距離感の接客が絶妙。周りに観光客が余り来ない店が多くある。他の部屋の音も気にならなかった。

Cons:

入室時にホンの少しカビ臭かった点。小型冷蔵庫が有ればなお可。
