Pros:

It was clean and the room is a good size.

Cons:

It was very noisy at night and we decided to change hotels after the first night. If you are looking to be slap bang in the middle of all the bars and clubs, this place is perfect. It just wasn't for us.

Pros:

Location is very good and not to far from bus and train station, location is near shopping and eating

Cons:

At night is very so noisy, because beside Bar and we still heard lough and talking from 10pm - 5am
and also don't have luggage storage before and after we check in/out

I would stay here again but not on the 4th floor! Location was great.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and accommodating (asked for extra pillows and they promptly arrived). Staff was on site for check in (we notified them of our arrival time).

Cons:

We were on the 4th floor and the 5th floor people were extremely noisy one night. On other nights you hear what sounded like chairs moving around. Noise from above was the only issue.

Inside the room all the instructions were in Japanese and it made it a bit difficult to use the electronic applicants like AC. There is a receptionist only at night

We loved it - thank you!
Pros:

We loved the location and being right in the middle of Pontocho. The room was quite spacious with a lovely bathroom. Very comfortable for our family of 4.

Cons:

It didn’t really bother us but it is in the middle of all the nightlife so it can be quite noisy throughout the night and morning.
