Extremely uncomfortable stay, completely below the standards expected from an international hotel chain like Sheraton.
Pros:

Good and varied breakfast — perhaps the only positive aspect of the property.

Cons:

Worst Sheraton I have ever stayed at in terms of comfort.
The air conditioning did not work during my stay, and I was informed by a staff member (using a translation app, since no one speaks proper English) that the air conditioning only works in the summer. I was even advised to leave the window open, which I did, but it did not solve the problem.

I complained about the unbearable heat in the room, and they brought two fans, which helped very little. I had to sleep for three nights in temperatures close to 30°C.

The hotel has central heating that cannot be controlled by guests. Forcing guests to endure 27°C daily during winter is something I have never experienced before.

It is unacceptable that in a well-known international hotel chain, no staff member speaks even reasonably fluent English. Fluent English should be a basic requirement for front desk staff or any role that deals directly with guests.

Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not working and had to be replaced.

Pros:

Hotel di livello eccellente. Diversi ristoranti (il buffet della cena è enorme), colazione tra le piu varie che abbiamo mai visto, c'era di tutto. Frutta e snack all'arrivo in camera, stanza e bagno grandi, letti comodi, doccia fantastica. Macchina da caffè in cialde in camera molto apprezzata. Super consigliato.

Pros:

All staff members were very nice. I lost my bag during check out and realized only when I was on train! They help us posted it back! The room and all facilities were very clean. Rate 10/10

Pros:

Spacious rooms, short walk away from downtown’s busiest streets, nice gym and awesome staff!

Cons:

The hotel is clean but getting tired. My room’s AC wasn’t really cooling the room even at 16C. It was manageable, but this must be taken care of.

The bedding is comfortable, staffs are nice and helpful. The restaurant’s food are great! Breakfast are worth to take. L

Classy stay in a great location
Pros:

Great facilities, including a well equipped gym. Very comfortable room.

Cons:

Location was a bit far from the metro, but the metro station is just one stop away from Wuyi Square and you can always take a DiDi anywhere.

Older property but well maintained. The laundry service is very expensive compared to other hotels we have stayed in.
