Good for an overnight stay
Pros:

Building was next to McDonald's. Like most properties aka hotels, aren't hotels at all. They pay no taxes nor have any signs of a hotel such as a name board on the property. Booking apps charge taxes but none is paid to govt. Location also hard to find on a map. I say avoid apps in places like Goa.

Cons:

App like this not to be used for such property.

Pros:

Das einfache Zimmer mit gut funktionierender AC war sehr sauber. Der Rezeptionist Bikash ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns Teebeutel, Zucker, Besteck , Teller, ... ohne Preisaufschlag besorgt

Cons:

Der Standort des Hotels ist nicht wie auf booking.com angezeigt nahe am Strand, sondern weiter weg neben dem Mc Donalds.
