Pleasant
Pros:

Location was good, near restaurants/cafes, not far from the airport.

Cons:

- I booked for a room in front of the pool, but when I got there at 11.00 PM on September 13th, 2024, the receptionist said that the rooms were full and I cannot request anything, just have to accept what I got. I don't think it was a good service attitude, because that means my bookings were changed instantly without prior notice. Next time, if a change needs to be done, please inform the customer before, especially if we cannot get our money back when we are already there. Customers have the right to reject the change and not getting their money back was their issue
- No 24 hours service, the Office was closed at 01.00 AM, no one was there
- Restaurant opened by 10.00 AM, not earlier. I think there are few people who need to start their activities before 10.00 AM and prefer to have breakfast outside of the room, but not around the noisy swimming pool.
