Понравилось месторасположение объекта, внешний вид здания, вид с балкона.
Сервис, завтраки однообразные и очень скудные, сломанные розетки в ванной комнате, скрипящая дверь в комнате, а дверь в ванную комнату даже с петель съехала, неработающий полотенцесушитель.
Отличное расположение, большая зеленая территория, тихо, до моря 1 мин.
Во-первых необыкновенное расположение не просто на первой линии, а волны накатывали нам на пятки. Море шумит в окошко и рядом-прерядом.
Хозяин гостиницы чудесный, улыбчивый, всегда готов помочь по любым вопросам, вежливый, контактный и комфортный во всех отношениях. Но при этом человек ненавязчивый и на территории отеля его присутствие не ощутимо. Отдых проходит душевно, комфортно и на полную катушку!
Завтраки можно немного разнообразить и пополнить в ассортименте. Но это такая мелочь по сравнению с остальными преимуществами этого отеля.

Первая линия - соответствующий вид оз окна на море, есть собственный выход на набережную.
Много места на территории и для парковки. и просто расположиться под соснами на лежаках. если нет желания идти на пляж.
У нас был номер с балконом, можно наслаждаться закатом, не выходя из номера.
Администрация радушная. никаких проблем с размещением и проживанием не возникло.
Завтраки, как мы поняли. стандартные для бюджетного сегмента - яйца, хлеб, масло, сыр, овощи, печенье и мармелад(кстати вкусный). До вечера вполне хватало.
Не то. чтобы недостаток - Яндекс навигатор упорно пытался нас завести со стороны набережной, а там проезда нет(с одной стороны шлагбаум, с другой стороны лежачий полицейский с шипами и кирпич на въезд). Так что правильный въезд на территорию со стороны дороги через зеленые ворота. На них висит баннер с названием отеля. но его с дороги не видно, заметили только когда уже ходили пешком.

Крутое место
Расположение отеля отличное, очень близко к морю, большая зеленая территория, вдали от шумных заведений. Номер удобный, с большим балконом и видом на море. Шум волн, морской воздух…релакс🤗.
Завтраки в летнем открытом кафе, вполне сытные. Есть шезлонги. Кондиционер в номере работал исправно.
Отдельное спасибо хозяину Эдгару. Любые моменты, вопросы решались оперативно👍! Очень гостеприимный и внимательный.
Помощницы Анна и Жанна очень отзывчивые и доброжелательные.

Very nice place!
Loved the location.
It´s a lovely house. It needs some modernization of the interior. Also if thz garden would be looked after, it would be more impressive.
The view is very nice
Bathroom was not cleaned at all and shower waste blocked
The staff was exceptionally friendly.
It was a force major situation: the stormy sea flooded the embankment and knocked down the iron fences on the coast side of the property. The power got cut everywhere. No power means no heat. The good thing was we had heavy thick blankets.
Awesome location, quiet place right at the beach, nice views, super convenient and quiet. Easy to walk to city, but not in the busy area. Nice balcony view, great garden, eating outside is a real plus. Beach next to the place, stairs like 30 metres from the house.
But for like 2-3 nights and the price, it's good.
Retro and weird.
Breakfast was not great, compared to all other Georgia places, this was the least tasty and least varied one.
Rooms are old, doors are weird, your bathroom can't be locked, the door to it is in front of your room doors, you can't lock it when you leave, feels really weird.
Old furniture.
Could use more cleaning and maintenance, some lights were not working, a bit of weird smell in bathroom, just lacking behind.
And of course, the plaquette claiming Gagarin lived there for years, means he was there on vacations :-D
It’s the perfect stay in Adjari- facing the Black Sea, with a gorgeous balcony. It is run by sweet Armenians, who quickly felt like family. We ate at the restaurant every night - fresh and great food! We even extended our stay. 100% recommend!!
It’s clean, great service, got everything you need. Best stay by far in Korbuleti!
