Top Lage, aber sehr mangelhaft.
Pros:

Der Wasserkocher und die Mikrowelle im Zimmer sind super. Der Preis für die zentrale Innenstadtlage ist unschlagbar gut. Für kurze Aufenthalte definitiv okay.

Cons:

Die sanitären Anlagen sind sehr dreckig. In meinem Zimmer gab es keine Möglichkeit zu verdunkeln, da die Jalousie nicht funktioniert hat. Nur eine einzige Steckdose im Zimmer hat funktioniert.

Non mi hanno mandato i codici per accedere alla struttura e alla camera. Ho atteso fino alle 16 ma non è arrivato nulla. Ho provato a mandare una mail senza ricevere risposta con i codici. Sono stato costretto a cercare un altro albergo. I codici per accedere mi sono arrivati solo alle 22:30. Il giorno dopo mi rispondono dicendo che dal loro sistema il messaggio con i codici risultano inviati alle ore 14:52, bugia perché sia nella mia mail che nei messaggi di Booking i codici sono arrivati solo alle 22:30. Non mi hanno riconosciuto il rimborso, evitate questi alberghi senza reception perché se succede qualcosa non avete un minimo di assistenza.

No vayáis
Pros:

La ubicación es lo único bueno de este sitio. Estás justo detrás de la plaza del ayuntamiento.
La calefacción bien, no pasas frío.

Cons:

Una habitación enana con una cama vieja de madera que cruje sin parar y el colchón hundido en el medio.
Las paredes son de absoluto papel, oyes roncar perfectamente a la persona de la habitación de al lado.
En el hotel NO HAY NINGÚN PERSONAL. Entras con un código a partir de las 14h sin posibilidad siquiera de poder dejar tus cosas ahí antes de tiempo.
El hotel es grande y sin ninguna vigilancia. Si eres mujer y estás viajando sola, mejor no vayas, da miedo.
Hay un sólo baño por planta y no está limpio, da muchísimo asco y en el baño no hay jabón.

Ubicación y excelente limpieza. Muy sencillo el check in.

Cons:

La ubicacion de los baños porque es necesario salir a las escaleras y en invierno es incómodo por el frío.

Pros:

The location was great.. within minutes of the Christmas market

Cons:

Very noisy, people don’t respect others right to peacefulness. Bathrooms and shower were dirty, room floors were sticky and visible liquid spills from prior guest. Staff woke me two days prior to my check out date to remind me checkout was at 11:00 am. This place had bedbugs. I killed one bug, not knowing what it was. The next two nights I felt bugs crawling on me at night. Three days after checking out, the bites appeared as welts and grew in size and pain. I had over thirty painful bites. I looked back and remember the hotel staff had closed off and sprayed multiple rooms on my floor two days prior to my departure. I was not contacted or moved to a different floor, I was just left to be bitten. I contacted the hotel staff a few days later to tell them of my experience, the person responding did not apologize for my suffer, only questioned Why I took so long to write to them. Very unhappy with the experience and the hotels lack of accepting responsibility. I contacted booking.com about my experience, they contacted the property who refused to accept responsibility or offer compensation for my experience. Not only did I endure the pain of the bites, I had a doctor’s visit to pay for and medication cost.
