Ik vond de kamer niet, het is geen hotel,ingang langs een Vapeshop,
Vuil, geen gordijnen, onmogelijk om te slapen in een lichte kamer en veel lawaai door de drukke straat.
Er was amper water in de douche, er stond wel een waterkoker…maar dat was het dan.

Не всегда понимал как выбить горячую воду - один вечер вроде не работало, подозреваю что-то я не так делал. Но в целом менеджер всегда на связи и готов помочь по всем вопросам.
Из плюсов: жилье находится в отличной локации, очень близко к центру и северному проспекту, а также сам дом выглядит очень хорошо
Минусы: жилье стоит 70 евро, и эта цена совершенно неадекватна для такой комнаты. Начнём с того, что залесение происходит через табачный ларёк, о чем хозяин предупреждает в ватсапе (однако на букинге об этом нет ни слова), дальше вы проходите в подсобку и поднимаетесь по узкой лестнице, чтобы попасть в номер. Вас встречает кассир табачной лавки со словами " брат, я ничего не знаю, пиши хозяину". Сама комната ОЧЕНЬ маленькая и меньше, чем выглядит на фото. Там нет кроватей, а только два матраса, лежащих на каком то странном возвышении. Душ работает плохо, сначала надо долго ждать горячей воды, а потом еще ждать, чтобы она перестала быть кипятком, это заняло 30 минут. Шторка в душе покрылась плесенью и явно требует замены (фото приложены). Унитаз шатается, кажется, однажды он упадёт. Вид из окна на чужой балкон и какую то стройку. Более того, при выселении вы отдаёте деньги продавцу той же табачный лавки, но сдачу он вам не даст, чек, естественно, тоже, так как у него "разные кассы". В целом это все совершенно не стоит тех денег, которые они берут за это жилье
The room has everything you need, spacious enough, good bathroom. Location is top notch in the real center of Yerevan, if you don't mind entering into a shop to access your room. Communication with the manager by whatsapp was good.
The bed had a wooden piece just above the head when you sleep, if you don't mind it, you can hit your head - to be fixed. The shop staff are not nice / pleasant.

Excellent location! The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: there are some stairs to reach the room, and the entrance isn't completely obvious from the street because there isn't a traditional front door. You actually need to enter the shop and ask for the hotel. Overall, a great stay!
Это самый-самый самый центр. Отличное место прийти переночевать, помыться и пойти гулять. По сути номер состоит из большой кровати холодильника , кресла . Но если вы чутко спите берите беруши. Я несколько раз ночью просыпалась.

Была пятница . Шум на улице , футбольная команда какая-то ходила и орали. гоняют машины громко сигналят всю ночь . Слышно было разговоры на первом этаже в магазине. для меня подушка была слишком высокая
Very cute apartment, comfy mattress, very well equiped (fridge, boiling kettle, tea bags; hair dryer, shampoo and soap..), everything nice and clean. Self check-in is very easy, rooms are above a store that is open 24/7, very easy to reach. People are very nice, the staff speaks english and was very attentive, caring in whatsapp communication, always willing to help. Cool location in the center of Jerevan, coffee kiosks, ice-cream, restaurants and shops in the surroundings. Close to all main monuments. Overall definitely recommended!
Quirky! I like quirky! Enter through the 24/7 vape shop, up one floor to (room 2) via a small spiral staircase into the narrow, small but fully equipped, cosy room. Comfy bed, good shower and facilities, tv, fridge, kettle, aircon, . Excellent communication and payment with proprietor. Can’t get much more central! No breakfast or catering, but Paul cafe next door, plenty of cafes within a minute’s walk (I liked “Jazzve”) and more restaurants and a supermarket within 2 minute’s walk! Great budget price.
Everything as described and offered, so no negatives. Be aware of stairs (no lift).

Una inezia, l' insegna esterna non c'è e quindi si fa fatica a trovare, le scale sono strette e meglio dirlo se qualcuno ha difficoltà a muoversi.

Чистая удобная постель, удобно спать
В ванной было не очень чисто, грязные углы, дверь, из под унитаза все время бежала вода на пол. Постоянный запах сырости в ванной, горячая вода шла не сразу и с перебоями. Когда заселились вокруг холодильника тоже была лужа воды.

It’s not a hotel it’s a room with some hotel facilities.. no elevator even no reception.. you have to go in through a shop.. not very clean..
