It is a clean hotel with a great scenery. Limited parking space, facilities and access to food.
Pros:

The hotel has views to the small lake and hills so it is great in terms of the view. The rooms are nice and clean. They have terraces where you can sit and enjoy the view of the hills. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also clean. Every room has its own wifi access and password. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is close to Sikunir Hill that is very famous for its sunrise view.

Cons:

The road to the hotel is small and not yet an asphalt road. It is in a hilly area so your vehicle needs to be in good condition. The car parking area is very limited. The door of the room is quite hard to be closed. When we arrived there was a problem with the wifi and need to wait for two hours before it can connect. The lock of the bathroom was damaged and could not be locked properly. The water from the shower was too small. The location is far from restaurants/food stalls/mini market so you need to order food from the staff and wait for around 1 hour (and there were no spoons provided). So it is better to bring your own food, drink and your own stuffs.
