No hot water for shower in the morning

Nice hot tub when it worked

Cons:

No hot water in the morning. Had to wait an hour for it to heat up. Unacceptable as it delayed our departure and we had a long drive. Was offered a late check out in compensation - no good in view of onward travel. Discount for inconvenience refused
Was given two excuses for no hot water. The first was that if everyone showered at the same time the hot water ran out and the second excuse was that it was due to maintenance in the pool area which always happened on a Monday
Have stayed at hotels all over the world - some in poor countries and they have always been able to provide hot water

Un séjour fort agréable et paisible dans un décor pittoresque.
Pros:

L’enregistrement fut rapide malgré l’arrivée de deux équipes sportives de jeunes. C’était silencieux à une heure raisonnable et le personnel du restaurant fut des plus agréable.
