Pros:

This property is well maintained, the host and the supporting staff were exemplary and friendly. Moreover there is a car parking facility.

Cons:

Понравилось всё: номер ( полностью соответствует описанию), чистота ( влажная уборка ежедневно, смена белья/ полотенец раз в три дня)., наличие кухни и всех принадлежностей.Терассамнаверху для посиделок, наличие стиральной машинки,сушилок, все без дополнительной платы.Еще и порошок стиральный хозяйка дала.В шаговой доступности супермаркет, аптека, киоски, где можно готовую еду купить..А хозяйка просто замечательная, внимательная,образованная только положительные эмоции !!Оченьтрекомендую для длительного проживания.

Cons:

Просто перечислю для истинной картины: слабый вай фай,не смотря на то, что нам дали роутер.Для тех, кто работает удаленно хороший вай фай в маленьком номере, ближе к дому.Воды горячей особо не было в нашем номере.До пляжа Маджорда 4 км.Не смотря на перечисленное, отличнейший вариант для проживания!

It was very memorable.
Pros:

The property owner provided with all the facilities of a studio apartment at a very reasonable cost. We were able to have our breakfast on our own due to appliances like induction, oven, kettle and available utensils. I highly recommend this facility if you love a quiet place and are not much bothered about the ease of finding transport. Since the property is a bit in interior, you better come on your own vehicle or have a rental bike/car with you. If yes, then this will surely be an excellent selection.

Cons:

Found it hard to book taxi/cab to go to nearby beaches/places.

Pros:

The property, the rooms, owner and caretaker were all just excellent

First to talk about property it was very clean, beautiful and well equipped with almost everything one may need

Secondly the owner and caretaker maam and sir were all very compassionate and helpful.
They even arranged their personal vehicle for us when we couldn't find any around and tried to help us in literally everything.

Cons:

Not all but atleast few people around the whole area where the property was situated were much rude but the property owners were exact opposite (gem of the people) ✨
