Regrettable. Même par erreur vous ne me verrez plus dans vos locaux

Cons:

Le traitement réservé à un vieux client comme moi était outrancier; le front-desk est désagréable au téléphone, le room-service est nul. Il faut supplier pour voir ta chambre nettoyée
