Pros:

I thought the rooms were tastefully appointed. Easy, digital, design for everything. Everything’s automated. The interior design across the hotel is also quite chic.

Cons:

The service. To arrange airport pick up was so complicated; the hotel wasn’t responding over Booking.com / their contact number wasn’t going through. Had to have someone local get their email. And I do not think they were sufficiently apologetic about being so difficult to reach. I also had to remind repeatedly about airport drop off (AGAIN) the next day as I did not feel confident that my earlier instructions would be followed through.

Le niveau de formation commerciale du personnel laisse à désirer. En effet, J'ai été dérangé à 22h (deux employées sont venues sonner à la porte) pour une facture de 15.000 FCFA correspondant à une consommation au bar dans l'après-midi et ce, alors que j'avais loué une suite et que mon séjour courait encore pour deux nuitées. Une bonne attitude clientèle aurait consisté à attendre le lendemain matin!

The hotel itself is very nice. The food is excellent and the location is great.

Cons:

The only disappointing part is the low level of service from the staff. Emails often go unanswered, and even requests for airport-hotel transfers were not replied to until the day of arrival.
