Pros:

Stayed for 10 nights. Staff was pleasant, however they do not wear uniforms which makes it difficult when someone knocks on your door to know if it’s staff or not. I found the bedsheet with stains and it took several hours for someone to come replace sheets

Studio was clean modern and well equipped. Gym was very good with new equipment. Roof top pool was very nice. Safe and quiet and enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

The apartment door would not lock. The key would not work and the company knew they gave me a defective room. The dryer in the room did not work and in the bathroom shower the ceiling was falling apart. The grounds of the apartment building was very nice. The staff was very nice. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang my towel other than the standard towel rack. The hook was missing.

My airpods were taken from the closet. I could literally track my airpods moving in my Find My app, but could do nothing about it. Our food was taken from the fridge (sandwich and half eaten chocolate). They could not confirm who had access and came into our room- cleaning ladies? Janitors? This is not my first time in Ghana and even in less expensive, local places this never happened. I assumed this place would be safer/nicer due to location and price but I guess not!

I reserved a 2 bed room for the weekend. When we arrived at the airport I called the number and told them of my arrival. It wasn't until the security guard at the property reception called them that they actually came. Issue #1: there was no frying pan in the apartment but they got one for us. Issue #2: there was only one mug in the kitchen but they got us more. Issue #3: On the second night my kids spilled water in the hallway (pressure from bathroom shower took them off guard). We called them at 9:02 pm. They sent someone who came at around 9:15pm. His demeanor was "this is a housekeeping issue and they have left for the day". He said he would go and see if he could get a mop but never returned and never called to say he was not coming back. After an hour and a half we finally had to use a towel to clean the water. We have stayed here multiple times over the years but this experience has me thinking this place is on its way down hill. Very disappointed.

It was a lovely property! Very safe, very clean and excellent amenities. The people I speak to were very nice as well. The only issue I had was communication during checkout. It was delayed and I was a bit panicked about mu luggage.

The location of this property is hard to beat. Overall, I did not find it to be that good a value, however. The property itself could use some updates and a fresh coat of paint here and there. The cafe food was good, albeit overpriced. The property staff was amazing; friendly, professional, and eagar to please. Unfortunately, they couldnt make up for the loose floor tiles in my unit, a broken refrigerator, worn furnishings, and other miscellaneous bothersome issues that sprang up during my almost two week stay; including the gym entrance (facial recognition) not working properly the duration.
