Upon arriving the hot water wasn't working, there was someone's hair left in the shower drain and the drain beneath the sink. There was a foul smell due to water that had accumulated beneath the floor tiles, since there's no proper drainage for the washing machine, which is in the bathroom. The water from the shower would also get beneath the floor tile due to unit design flaws. The TV didn't have any local stations, it could only be used like a computer monitor, in which you'd connect to the internet to watch YouTube or Netflix. Something you can do on your phone. There were no toiletries upon arrival. The toilet seat wasn't connected to the toilet. The staff often sent communications through someone else, who wasn't responsible for payment, instead of directly communicating with me. Requesting something as simple as a wi-fi password was like pulling teeth.
There was a minimart at the ground floor
It was confusing and stressful I booked for 3 days and I was told we had to check out after 2 and when we made all the preparations we were told we can stay another night. Also there was miscommunication on their end so we had to wait for host to come back in order to receive back our ₱1000 deposit.
