My stay at Citadines had excellent facilities and staff service, definitely one of our best in China
Pros:

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, was very spacious and clean, with a good nice window view. Buffet-style breakfast was also provided everyday with variety of food and dishes. Location is also convenient, with nearby convenience stores, malls, and train station is only 2min walk away.

Cons:

some of the gym equipment was broken but still overall it was good enough to be used.

Grande chambre spacieuse et calme
Belle vue sur les buildings dans un quartier d’affaires de Chengdu

Cons:

Personnel de l’hôtel insistant… on peut vous attendre à la porte de votre chambre avec un TPE pour régler immédiatement votre séjour ou le moindre supplément. C’est un peu intrusif…
Coup de téléphone de la réception environ 3 fois par jour.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, room was big and clean. Free breakfast was amazing. Location very near metro station.

Cons:

Nothing much to highlight here except there was 1 tourist who smoked in the lift and lobby which we highlighted to the receptionist. Other than that all good!

Pros:

The location is close to the train station. The service by the staff is commendable. Especially Cynthia and 安保部徐凯 who helped us with our high speed train tickets when we missed our train. My family and I are super grateful for the staff’s help and enjoyed our stay very much.

Pros:

Love the staff. Very helpful staff like Joy Wu and He Xing tries to meet our every request. Seldom experience this level of service.

Very far from taikoo li and chunxi road. Located about 10km away from City Centre.

また成都に行く時には利用したい。
Pros:

広くて清潔。朝食も非常に美味しくて、種類も日によって変わったので飽きなかった。

Cons:

おそらくやや古い建物をリノベーションしたため、シャワー周りなどは年季を感じた。
