Pros:

Easy to locate, walking distance to Shinjuku train station, responsive owner, accommodations are all complete.

Cons:

There's no space to open your luggage, so I open them on the bed instead and had to close/open repetitively.

Great location, not worth the price for the cleanliness
Pros:

The location was premium and the check-in process was incredibly convenient. Spending two days was great to get around parts of tokyo like Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya.

Cons:

The inside of shower curtain was entirely covered in black mould, a shocking amount. It was not fit to be bookable in that state.

Pros:

Chambre propre, literie confortable, un peu serré à 4 mais c’était très bien. Salle de bain au top.
Laverie à dispo pour pas très cher du tout dans le bâtiment au RDC avec sèche linge donc c’était top!
Très proche du métro et pratique pour se déplacer même à pied pour certains quartier comme Sinhjuku.

Yanı sıra burası kesinlikle hir otel değil daire kiralama yapılıyor güvenlik yok bundan dolayı otel konforu da yok ayrıca bu binada bu durumun yasak olduğunu belirtten bir sürü yazı asılı bu durumun illegal olduğunu söyleyeyim fotoğrafları ekledim bence kesinlikle başka hir yeri tercih edin
