Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij vragen zijn ze bereid om je direct te helpen. Verder is de accommodatie goed gelegen. Je bent direct in het centrum van Alacati, maar ook bij de hoofdweg.
De kamers zijn enorm klein. Wij hadden een grote koffer meegenomen met enkele kleine koffers. Er was nauwelijks plek om de grote koffer te openen. Dit zorgde bij ons om irritaties na een korte tijd. Om deze reden hebben we geen schoonmaak kunnen vragen. Verder goed kijken of je een kamer boekt in de kelder. Deze fout hebben wij gemaakt omdat dit niet duidelijk vermeld stond op Booking. Het personeel heeft ons gelukkig hierbij geholpen, wat wij enorm waarderen.

Clean, comfortable and super accommodating staff. Definitely the best value for money property I started at while in Alaçati. A little further outside of old town than some others, but still just a 5-minute walk.
