Me encanta
Todo es excelente
Converted convent turned into a boutique hotel very modern rooftop views of the city / especially at night .
Yapping dogs
Very clean, beautiful building. Particularly enjoyed the copper bath after long days of walking around the city. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful.
Beautiful building with large comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is excellent. Location is a short walk from the historic center, yet is quiet at night.
Nothing.
Le style de l'hôtel ancien et très bien aménagé
Todo estuvo excelente! Tanto el personal del hotel como del restaurante super atentos y el lugar es muy bonito.
Amazing boutique hotel, a little gem! This place has so much charm with many amenities. We had breakfast in the cafe in the hotel and it was delicious. It is close to many restaurants and beautiful center city.
We loved everything about Palpatio!
Location is isolated. The restarts only open 8-5. There is nowhere near to even buy a coke. 5 blocks from main square. But charming and we are very happy with our stay.
Electronic keys had to be constantly updated. TV was difficult to navigate.
It was on the historic center, so it was easy to catch an Uber. Staff was superb and the restaurant is great
Furnature was damaged, old and even though hotels in historic center can´t change much, there is much to be improved. Beds were not comfortable, space was tight, I was definitively expecting much more for the price
Renovated old convent into comfy hotel in quiet neighborhood close to central Guadalajara
The design of the hotel and rooms was very lovely. The interior courtyard made it feel safe and yet open to the sky.
It was a positive that the windows opened for fresh air. Probably screens would be a good idea, if others use them similarly.
The bathroom was clean and we'll designed, as was the room. The bed was very firm, which i find comfortable.
Compared to the prices of other hotels, I am not sure I see the value for money of this one. It was a number of blocks from the key plazas, through some blocks that are in disrepair or feel a bit "shady" to walk on as a woman at night. So its location wasnt bad, but it was not a posh area at all to merit the cost of $1800 mx on a Sunday night.
I was a little disappointed that despite the very clear signs that the water wasn't drinkable, the hotel provided two small plastic water bottles as part of the room amenities.
First, have we not decided in the hotel community yet, that we have a plastic created ecological nightmare? Second, this is not enough water for 2 people for 24 hours, including brushing teeth. I think it would be so easy and cost next to nothing to have a water dispenser on site. Especially since the restaurant ONSITE already has one. In a relatively higher rated hotel, this should be obvious.
Otherwise the hotel was quite satisfactory, and I would probably book again, just based on the comfort and esthetics of the room and place.
Very comfortable room and good location, easy walk to everything in the historic center and nearby neighborhoods.
Location was good. Restaurant was excellent.
Some rooms have bathroom on a different floor as bedroom. Courtyard is loud and echoes up to the rooms.
Breakfasts were fabulous.
No elevator. It’s an historic building so it would be a challenge to put one in.
Gorgeous architecture and feel
lovely room - could have been bigger - but it was great
