Séjour excellent, avec un accueil attentionné et une grande flexibilité de la part de l’équipe.
Pros:

Tout s’est très bien passé lors de notre séjour à l’hôtel Rhodania. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et traités avec beaucoup d’attention. Adrien, le gérant, est particulièrement sympathique, flexible et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation.

Great place for one or two nights!
Pros:

The property is very central, near transportation and very walkable! The room was comfortable and clean, and the accommodation offers the free Geneva transportation card. The luggage storage was very helpful too!

Cons:

The kitchenette is communal on each floor, so the fridge was already full and there’s no space in the room to store/make food. This is alright if you’re only staying for a few nights!

A nice place conveniently located to explore Geneva and the surrounding area
Pros:

The hotel was very convenient for the train and bus stations, so very easy to get to and from and also to join day coach trips into the Alps. It was also close to the lake and bridge so nice to walk around the city.
The hotel was kept very clean and there wasn't much noise at night.
It was good value for Geneva, which is a rather expensive place to visit.

Cons:

Being British I would prefer a kettle in the room rather than shared kitchen facilities.
There are no staff on site so you are reliant on being sent access codes in advance and there was a bit of a delay getting these which was a little stressful, but once the hotel was on the case they were very helpful.

Very good, BUT the lift!
Cons:

The lift didn't work, I had a heavy suitcase...., and this was not mentioned in any communication.

It was good. My view is a little tainted by the fact that I ended up being sick during the stay.
Pros:

Customer service was exellent.
We had an extra need due to an additional guest. They were very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

Tuvalet ve duş bir arada, duşakabin yok ve tuvalete girmek isterseniz yerler ıslak kalıyor. Kısa kalışlar için uygun ama 2 kişi zor sığılıyor.

Good value for money if you need a basic solution for a stay in Geneva
Pros:

Good location and good value for money. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room was more basic than in the photos, there is no reception which is a bit odd at the beginning. The communal coffee machine didn’t work. I had asked for a quiet room but mine was straight off the communal kitchen which was annoying but in the end it was quiet enough and I slept fine. It might be noisy at main mealtimes though.
