Great for a short stay in Geneva
Pros:

Beautiful attic room. Location was perfect. Easy 5 minute walk from the train station. And amazing coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Our room was very comfortable. Top 6th floor. Yes it’s compact but efficient. A little pricey for such a small place but it’s Geneva!

I liked that we could arrive and store our bags before checkin.

We only stayed one night as we were in transit to Zermatt.

Cons:

Only negative was communication. I was promised a ‘transit’ free pass to get from airport by train to city center. I was told this many times. I reminded the staff the date/time of our check-in and that I needed the code for the free train. Asked asked asked.

Well the code came AFTER we arrived and checked in. I was given the runaround so often by numerous names on the communication. This was disappointing.

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, proche de la gare. Très sympa, bien équipé et très agréable !

Cons:

Quartier un peu bruyant.

Pros:

There is no reception, so I only dealt with the staff remotely. They sorted out an access issue relatively quickly, and once I had the entry code there were no problems. The breakfast voucher at the nearby bakery was a nice touch.

Cons:

The room was very hot.
