Pros:

Staff friendliness and helpfulness. Simone was awesome giving us tips on the area, helping us with taxi services and much more. The place is conveniently located walking distance to Santa Croce and the historical downtown. It is clean and fulfilled our needs for 3 adults stay.

Cons:

Can hear a bit of the noise from other units but it’s not a deterrent to stay in this property again.

War eine gute Entscheidung.
Pros:

Mein Eindruck wurde der Darstellung entsprechend bestätigt: außen na ja, aber innen für ein Zimmer sehr angenehm, schlicht, sauber ... habe mich wohlgefühlt. Natürlich ist es kein LuxusZimmer mit Aussicht + Balkon ... ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Florenz auch nicht relevant. Es gibt vom Signore zur Begrüßung noch per google Hinweise für Locations im Umkreis.

Cons:

Es ist zwar schlicht & einfach, aber ausreichend für einen Aufenhalt fast im Zentrum ... für mich braucht es keine Rezeption; Schlüsselübergabe zu Beginn völlig ausreichend ...

L'appartamento è situato a pochi passi da S. Croce in posizione comoda per raggiungere gli altri punti strategici della città. Struttura pulita e accogliente. Michel molto simpatico e disponibile, consigliato!

Lo staff è stato gentile e disponibile nel darci informazioni sulla città.
L’appartamento era pulito.

Il bagno è piccolino ma il problema principale è il lavandino che non permette di lavarsi facilmente, avendo una mensola sopra su cui riporre sapone etc, compromettendo pero un utilizzo funzionale dello stesso
