Sehr schönes Hotel in einer perfekten Lage. Sehr vielfältiges, gutes Frühstück. Umfangreiches Serviceangebot und großer Swimmingpool.
Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Superbe séjour !
Pros:

Tres bonne localisation, chambre spacieuse, lit confortable.
Petit déjeuner excellent avec un grand choix d’options (notamment pour les occidentaux), les gaufres étaient très bonnes !
Grande piscine et cocktails bons à un peu raisonnables !

Pas de wifi dans la zone de la piscine

Always greeted with a smile
Pros:

Great customer service, always greeted with a smile! As a family, we felt comfortable and well looked after. Room and ensuite were spacious and clean, though a little dated. The hotel is well located, central to many bars and restaurants. The pool was very refreshing after a hot day of temple tours. Spa provided good service, was easy to book.

Cons:

Coffee at breakfast was not appealing.

Wonderful place. Would highly recommend
Pros:

The staff was friendly, and they were eager to help. They always asked me if everything was okay as I passed the lobby. The room was large with balcony. The hotel is in a great location with many great restaurants, banks, and shopping places nearby. Pub street is a short 5 minutes walk too. Massage and spa center on site. Great massage.

Great Hotel
Pros:

The staff were absolutely amazing. From the front desk to the porters, and pool staff, all were friendly, and helpful. The room was big and clean. Pool area was lovely, with cute swim up bar. The location was excellent, only 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre of Siem Reap and all the bars etc. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Superb
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The staff was absolutely fantastic, very helpful. Clean hotel in a good location, close to everything including cafes, restaurants, shops. Room was huge and very comfy! Nice pool with swim-up bar.

I loved my staying at the hotel, the neighborhood was superb!
Pros:

Location wise the hotel was very convenient! Very close to many tourist spot & happening place, such as museum & few other places, specially the Pub Street was in walking distance, so in the evening after all my activities, I could easily chill at there and had my dinner!

Cons:

There was actually nothing that I didn't like! :)

What an amazing hotel, in the perfect location with friendly and helpful staff. Do yourself a favour and have dinner in their restaurant. Beautiful food at a reasonable price. The breakfast buffet is overflowing with delicious options.

Amazing stay with fabulous staff
Pros:

Amazing stay!! The staff really makes this place- super friendly and always going the extra mile. Thank you for organising the takeout breakfast for our 4 am tour start. Otherwise great facilities from pool to sauna and large room with relaxing balcony and very comfortable bed.

Despite a couple of details lacking I would recommend this hotel
Pros:

The staff member are all very kind and efficient. Overall the staff try very hard to make the guests feel welcome. The building and pool area is quite beautiful but could use more shade. Wonderful show at the weekend to see traditional Cambodian dancers.

Cons:

The internet throughout the building is lacking. My room didn’t have internet at all. The management need to upgrade their systems in this modern age.
The breakfast offerings could be improved.
