Ik had hier meer van verwacht. Maar het scoort naar mijn mening een onvoldoende!

Ruim appartement/Vila woning.
Met voldoende slaapgelegenheid

Matrassen zakken door.

Kakkerlakken op de vloer.

Hele straat werd afgesloten zonder informatie van het hotel.

Hele week betaald om te parkeren achter de appartementen, geen service van het hotel om gratis parkeren. 1 dag geparkeerd en daarna was de hele straat afgesloten ivm werkzaamheden. Slechte informatie vanuit het hotel.

Eten is minimaal - en geen variatie in het eten. Met name in het avondeten was er weinig variatie. Het eten was ook snel op en onvoldoende. Eten wat warm geserveerd moet worden was lauw en of koud.

Voor Sporters is dit onvoldoende. Had ik meer van verwacht.

Rommelig begin, later verliep het goed

Cons:

Bij het inchecken ging alles mis. Wij hadden voor ons gezin 2 accommodaties geboekt. Bij de receptie werd aangegeven dat wij met 3 extra personen gekomen waren. Meerdere keren geprobeerd duidelijk te maken dat wij 1 extra persoon hadden meegenomen. Dit ging zeer moeizaam. Het bleek dat het gezin die voor ons ingecheckt was ons appartement had gekregen. Dus deze mensen kwamen ook weer terug naar de receptie omdat het niet overeen kwam met wat zij geboekt hadden. Dus er moest er gewisseld worden. Na lange tijd eindelijk op de juiste plek. Alleen was onze accommodatie echt niet schoon. Op de vloer lagen 2 dode kakkerlakken, en in de badkamer veel haren. We hadden half pension geboekt, en tot overmaat van ramp was er die avond bij het diner in eerste instantie alleen nog maar rauwkost te krijgen. Gelukkig is daar snel op ingespeeld en werd er nog wat extra bereid.

Bij het tweede appartement was het houdertje van de douchekop kapot waardoor de straal op de muur gericht stond. Ook het koffiezetapparaat werkte niet.

Na een nachtje slapen was het ergste weer gezakt. Verder verliep het goed. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

Bon Séjour en famille
Pros:

L'emplacement au calme dans un quartier résidentiel, le personnel accueillant et souriant, le petit déjeuner varié et délicieux !
L'appartement que nous avons eu est spacieux pour 4, la terrasse est agréable mais la vue est bien différente des photos... Les constructions ne permettent pas une vue sur la mer en direct depuis la terrasse du séjour...
Le parking devant l'appartement sécurisé

Cons:

La pataugeoire était un peu sale, beaucoup de cailloux au fond et quelques insectes en surface en fin d'après-midi
La vue qui n'est pas directement sur la mer comme sur les photos
L'appartement est humide et l'isolation phonique est catastrophique... Nous entendons nos voisins parler ...

Sehr gut für einen Familienurlaub auf Mallorca geeignete Apartmentanlage mit großzügigen Wohnungen.
Pros:

Die Lage der Anlage ist super - der Hafen von Alcudia ist fußläufig erreichbar! Die Apartments sind geräumig und verfügen über eine gute Grundausstattung. Einige haben einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein paar Bücher im Apartment vergessen, die uns nach Hause geschickt wurden.

Cons:

Leider ist der Pool nicht beheizt und war aufgrund eher kaltem Wetter während unseres Urlaubs nicht nutzbar. Das war mit den Kindern schade. Perfekt wäre ein kleiner Spielplatz direkt an der Anlage.

Het personeel was aardig en met mijn gebrekkig engels konden we goed communiceren, het ontbijt was prima voor elkaar, ruime keuze in verschillende broodjes en beleg.
