Overall, I liked the place, but the service could be improved.
Pros:

The location was excellent, with a metro station and bus stop nearby, as well as the train station. This made it very easy to get around the city and reach the main tourist attractions.

Cons:

The staff could have been friendlier. The elevator was very small, and since there was only one, sometimes we had to wait quite a while for it to arrive. It was also inconvenient that the building’s main entrance was sometimes locked, and the room key card did not work to open it. This meant we had to wait outside until a staff member came to let us in, which was especially inconvenient when returning to the property.

Excellent! Our second visit and we plan to return.
Pros:

Very good location for easy transfer from gare du nord, walking to notre dame etc and local restaurants. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Lovely rooms.

Pros:

Habitación limpia y amplia, el personal muy amable y hotel bien ubicado con opciones de restaurantes y transporte público.

Cons:

Un hotel excelente para hacer turismo de día, aunque el entorno da cierta sensación de inseguridad al caer la noche. Como contraste positivo, los alrededores cuentan con muy buenos restaurantes, por lo que resulta ideal si tomas las precauciones habituales al volver tarde.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Hotel was netjes en schoon en lag op een mooie plek! Konden zelfs eerder inchecken, omdat de kamer al klaar was! Dat was erg fijn

Tutto perfetto, solo con una nota negativa
Pros:

Pulizia e ordine nelle camere, staff sempre gentile sempre educato e H24 aperto, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli check in e check out, cosa importantissima, l hotel profumava ogni volta che entravi, le camere funzionali , tutto ciò che serve.
Hotel è impeccabile niente da dire

Cons:

La posizione, l’hotel si trova in un viale molto lungo dove ci sono tutti ristoranti e bistrot quindi tranquillo, ma quando uscivi nei viali adiacenti all’hotel non mi sentivo molto sicura, la sera non mi piaceva molto.
