Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Martha and Pedro were excellence hosts. The hotel was quaint and quiet, and in a very central location for access to the city on foot.

Charming place in the heart of Merida!
Pros:

We loved the place and the pool. We loved the owner and the housekeeper, who was extremely kind and accommodating. Everything was great about our stay, so would come back! Thanks a lot! :)

Cons:

The only drawback was the breakfast option are quite limited and simple, so could have some selection.

De chique entourage past absoluut niet bij de belabberde diensten die worden geleverd.
Pros:

Het gebouw en de entourage/inrichting van het geheel. Chique, sfeervol en hip tegelijk.
De kamer zelf; mooi en schoon.

Cons:

Het ontbijt; belachelijk wat de eigenaresse/manager voorschotelt. Alsof het niets mag kosten. Echt schandalig. Echt enorm slecht.
En niet alleen wát ze voorzet, maar ook hoé! Niet eens een fatsoenlijke ontbijttafel/-plek. Bijna met bord op schoot.
Tevens vraagt deze vrouw niet 1 x of alles naar wens is of dat ze nog iets voor je kan doen. Er spreekt een hele foute arrogantie uit haar houding. Ze zal het misschien niet zo bedoelen, maar het komt echt niet okay over.
Pedro daarentegen is een hele vriendelijke hulp.
Het zwembad mag zo niet heten. Het is een bakje met water. En het water is troebel. Er zit ook een rooster waar iemand zomaar met het haar in verstrikt kan raken.
De locatie is ver van het centrum. En als je naar het centrum wilt lopen, is de kortste route meteen een donkere, vieze en (zo voelt het) onveilige.

Terrific stay at beautiful property
Pros:

Location is amazing. Property is beautiful, clean , big rooms, big bathrooms. Super helpful staff. Breakfast is more like a token , juice , water coffee and fruit .. super simple but nice to have. Would definitely book again and recommend !

Cons:

Would ask to have a hairdryer in each room. There was only one and we had to share amongst guests !
