FabHotel Amrit Palace

Casual and unprofessional Checkin. Asked me to simply sign on the register and was allotted the room. In the night some random guys were talking loudly on phone in gallery causing disturbance. Inside the room, wet bathroom. Room was below average. Bathroom had no soap, towel. Only a hand wash. Won't recommend to anyone. While checking out I requested for invoice. They said no is available and hence will send it via WhatsApp and still Nothing. It looked like a hostel whose vacant rooms are listed as under Fab Hotel. Fab Hotel chain should be ashamed of even having such property under their brand name.

First of all, please stop calling this place a “hotel.” It is a typical PG, not a hotel, and the experience reflects that.

There were no basic amenities provided except Wi-Fi. There were no washroom supplies- not even soap, toothpaste, or a toothbrush. There was no towel, no drinking water, no electric kettle, and absolutely no room service.

Breakfast was included in my package and I was clearly told it would be delivered to my room. I did not receive breakfast in my room even once. Instead, I was expected to go to their kitchen, pick it up myself, and carry it back like it’s a hostel mess. Even after informing them that I needed breakfast in my room, nothing changed. The quality of food was terrible and honestly felt unsafe to eat.

To make things worse, the environment is extremely noisy. Since it’s a PG, people party all night and there are loud conversations and even fights happening in the corridors. The loud music made it very difficult to sleep, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and uncomfortable.

The only positives were that the location was close to my office, the lift was working, and the bed and washroom were reasonably comfortable—but these do not make up for the overall terrible experience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper hotel stay.

The Hotel cancelled by booking on December 2, 2024 just a few minutes before I reached in. So I have to arrange an alternative option.
