We had a great stay.
Pros:

The property was very nice and comfortable and the staff was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

Cons:

The room didn’t get dark enough with street lights on outside.

Never stayed there. Left immediately
Pros:

Nothing
It looked like an abandoned building

Cons:

The staff told me it wasn’t a hotel. Called the staffs “boss” no answer.
When they texted me HOURS later they refused to give me a refund. I never checked in, never got into the room, it was sketchy. It was a total ghost building. Looked like a horror movie.

Pros:

This place was awesome and so cute! It was the perfect space that fit our family’s needs, even just for one night, regretting not staying an extra night! The whole studio was decorated so nice! Beds were comfy, couch had a pull out option which was nice to use just to be comfy while watching TV. The lounge area we didn’t have a need to use, but it was very nice!
Owners had great communication! Great location to the lake as well as the town. Would definitely stay again!

Solid layover option. Upgraded and clean but nothing else around it.
Pros:

Upgraded rooms and clean. It was the only thing around so location is not a strong point but there is a grocery store next door.
We ended up going to kernsville for river rafting which turned out to be awesome.

Cons:

Nothing really. It served its purpose of a lay over on way to Joshua tree well.

Pros:

This was my first time staying here. The room was clean and spacious and smelled nice. Its not a fancy place , but its comfortable and clean. I would definitely return!

Cons:

We had a little trouble with the TV, the streaming apps kept glitch in, other than that no complaints

A comfortable affordable spot to relax after a day of adventures!
Pros:

The place felt modern and super clean. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and it was a respite after our days of adventuring. I loved how close it was to everything we wanted to do- 5 minutes to Kernville, and 5 minutes to Lake Isabella. There was a cute community spot to hang out in too. I liked that they had a Keurig and the toiletries were top notch. Even though it was kind of by itself, it felt safe, and there is a market next door to buy water. I would stay there again!

Cons:

The walls were pretty thin. We could hear our neighbors and the cars driving by. Also, I’d love if they included an iron in the room. It was the only thing missing.

Very clean but concerns with seeing in from the outside and the ineffective safety hardware on door.

The drapes need to be fixed; the way they were hung very strangely on the rods, left about 4-5 inches of visibility on both sides of each window right INTO THE ROOM FROM THE OUTSIDE from every window. NOT good. I had to get creative to clip them and also block them against the wall so no one could see in. The door to the room is only a few feet from the street and so anyone driving by or walking by can just cruise right up to the windows and see right to both beds and other areas in the room. Very uncomfortable. The hardware that was the "safety" latch after the door knob was locked needs to be fixed. The screws holding it to the door frame are very loose and we could open the door no problem when after it was "engaged"; provided no extra safety whatsoever.

Dobry przystanek w drodze do sequoia. Ładne pomieszczenie.

Cons:

Hotel na totalnym odludziu. Ładniejsza jest miejscowość znajdująca się obok- Kernville. Dla mnie osobiście trochę przerażające było to, że do pokoju wchodzi się na kod, bo każdy kto go zna może wejść.
Miejscowość maks na 1 noc.

Comfortable and clean with added touches
Pros:

Much Care is taken to make the best of what they have. It’s clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There’s no privacy from the outside unless all curtains are closed and then it’s claustrophobic.
