Heerlijk.
Pros:

De locatie, ligt dichtbij het strand en in de natuur. Vriendelijkheid personeel.

Cons:

Omdat er in de beschrijving een kitchenette stond gingen wij er vanuit dat er een fornuis aanwezig was. Maar het kookgedeelte bestaat uit een combinatie magnetron (ook handig maar niet voor alles).

Pros:

Een fijne ruime kamer, met alles wat je nodig hebt. Lekker ontbijten op je kamer, met uitzicht op het groen en een regelmatig opduikende fazant. In de buurt van een erg leuke vogelkijkhut. En bij een mooi en gezellig terras.

Cons:

De internet verbinding is niet geweldig, maar misschien is dat ook wel een voordeel,....

Fijne plek als je van absolute rust houdt
Pros:

De locatie is heerlijk rustig en het uitzicht op de duinen is erg mooi.

Cons:

Voor het avondeten ben je aangewezen op een ovenschotel (niet geprobeerd) die je in een oventje op je eigen kamer kan opwarmen, of het dorp dat op 25 minuten fietsen ligt. Wij vonden het prima zo, maar voor minder mobiele mensen goed om rekening mee te houden.

Het Posthuys is prima om te gaan lunchen.
Pros:

Het ligt prachtig in de natuur op West-Vlieland.

Cons:

Dat het restaurant sloot om 17.00 uur, je moest voor 16.30 uur bestellen. Er was geen diner, alleen een lunch-kaart. Dus ik zat om 17.30 uur opgehokt op mijn kamer. Die vond ik prima, maar de kamer was naar verhouding ook nogal duur. Het ontbijt werd pas vanaf 09.30 uur geserveerd, of anders op de kamer. Het werd de dag ervoor gebracht, ik vond het een beetje een wonderlijk ontbijt. Ik werd geacht in een kartonnetje de omelet te garen in de oven, dat lukte goed. Suikerbrood zonder boter… maar de kwark, granola en het fruit was prima.

Pros:

personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt en het diner stond klaar in de koelkast, was voor ons te veel. Wij deden er 2 dagen mee. de locatie is geweldig, de stilte, de natuur daar is fantastisch.

Cons:

De kamer grenst aan het terras, was nu niet erg, het was koud. Maar in de zomer zou ik deze kamer niet willen.

Wat een heerlijke plek om vanuit te kunnen struinen!
Pros:

Vanuit de deur van het Posthuys sta je direct in de natuur, wat we ook wilden.
Kamer was prima, lekkere bedden.
Heel aardig personeel dat onze kamer extra schoonmaakte.
De maaltijden waren lekker en ruimschoots voldoende.

Cons:

Jammer dat het restaurant 's avonds niet nog een paar uur open is. Dat was ons trouwens wel bekend, maar toch..
We hebben de stoelen in de kamer anders gezet zodat we makkelijker tv konden kijken 's avonds.

Pros:

Eine wunderschöne ruhige Insel - ein sehr entspanntes Hotel - wir fühlten uns ein bisschen, wie in einer Ferienwohnung - das Frühstück war super :) - jeden Tag wurde der Kühlschrank gefüllt und wir konnten unser Frühstück selber zubereiten - Obst, Joghurt, Müsli, Omelett, Kaffee...alles sehr lecker! Das Hotel liegt am Ende der Insel und ist über einen wunderschönen Dünenweg - oder über einen Hauptweg mit dem Ort verbunden. Morgens und abends war es absolut still - nur das Meer und die Wildgänse waren zu hören. Hier konnten wir ganz abschalten. Mit dem Rad ist alles gut zu erreichen!! Wir kommen sicher mal wieder!
