Pros:

Tähän mennessä paras hotelli Sri Lankassa sijaintinsa takia. Haluan tänne takaisin. Todellinen aarre joen takia. Henkilökunta auttaa myös aivan kaikessa. Lapsetkin rakastivat paikkaa. Sri Lankan aamupala oli todella hyvä. Kävelymatkan päässä on kauppoja ja pidemmän kävelymatkan päässä myös ravintoloita.

Cons:

Huoneessa voisi olla jääkaappi. Ravintolan ruokia voisi kehittää maistuvammiksi. Kahvi oli hyvin laimeaa vaikka pyysimme vahvaa kahvia. Kannattaa ottaa omaa pikakahvia mukaan.

Tout le confort en lisière de la jungle.
Pros:

La propriété est à la lisière du parc national de Sinarja rain forest. On accède à l'hotel sur des pistes en rang rover. L'hôtel est en fait un ensemble de petits bungalows tout confort autour d'un restaurant réception entre la jungle et les plantations de thé. La rivière court 10 m en contre-bas. On peut s'y baigner sans risque, un souvenir inoubliable.

Absolute gem
Pros:

Everything was amazing. The location itself is stunning. You get there with a short 4x4 ride to where the cottages are located, right next to a waterfall that has some natural swimming areas in it.
Our kids (and us) had a great time going through the rapids, jumping off rocks and exploring the area around.
There are very little stores around the area, but the mother of the family cooks on site for bf, lunch and dinner. Everything is delicious, even our picky kids had options to choose from.
All in all a real gem of a stay, the whole family owning/running it are lovely and we cannot recommend enough

My son said that this was like coming to our summer house.
Pros:

The place was very nice and cozy. Room was clean and there was lots of space. Waterfall was a great place to swim! They organized our trips to rainforest and we got excellent guide for us! They also organized our arrival and our trip to Udawalawe national park and transport to Tangalle. This was our best place in Sri Lanka holiday!

Cons:

There was nothing that we did not like.

Piękne widoki przemiła obsługa, ogromne zróżnicowane śniadanie. Gekony i małpy w okuł domu przez co nie było komarów.

Die Bungalows sind geräumig und modern, das Essen ist lecker.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief jederzeit sehr gut.
Am Wasserfall direkt vor den Terrassen kann man wunderbar entspannen und sogar darin baden.

Cons:

Warmwasser wird laut Gastgeber solar erzeugt. Deshalb gab es nur kalte Duschen!
(Tipp: Das Wasser im Bach war wärmer)

Ein Aufschlag von 3,75% auf Kartenzahlung ist nicht zeitgemäß.

Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Handtücher erneuern, unsere waren wirklich abgewetzt.
Beleuchtung am Weg von den Bungalows (vom Hauptgebäude aus rechts) zum Restaurant.

Lucky to have found this place to stay!
Pros:

Beautiful place to stay in a secluded area, run by a lovely local family. Location was perfect for us as we wanted to have a relaxing and calm stay, far from the usual hustle of touristic crowds. Cottage was clean and spacious, with beautiful views overlooking the river. The Sri Lankan Breakfast was amazing! We had it every day for the 4 days we stayed and we were generously given extra portions of the local food ❤️ The Sri Lankan Dinner options were just as tasty. The family were very helpful in arranging tours and tuktuks for us whenever we needed. The river swim was the highlight of our stay. Close by, there are also tea estates which are well worth a visit. All in all, this is a place you must visit :)

Esperienza autentica
Pros:

Posto perfetto per chi cerca un’esperienza autentica.
La casetta in legno è essenziale ma molto carina. Ci si arriva facendo un tratto in jeep su un terreno piuttosto dissestato ma il panorama è incredibile.
I proprietari sono molto gentili e accoglienti, la colazione è molto buona e si può anche farsi portare la cena direttamente nella propria casetta.
L’accesso al fiume è facile e ci si può rilassare facendo un bagno.

Pros:

Lovely location next to the river. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Rainforest treck organised by the guesthouse was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The water was rarely hot but this is not unique in Sri Lanka! You need to remember that you are in the rain forest and therefore facilities will be pretty basic and there will be critters.

Pros:

The family running the hotel is absolutely adorable! The hotel is remotely in the forest, the access requires Jeep. It is a Lovely experience as the owner is taking care of shuttle. The food is delicious, fresh and the nature is beautiful.

This is a beautiful experience, room are clean and spacious.

Cons:

The sound of the waterfall was really too much for me though I could sleep but didn't feel I could really relax. Some of the rooms are more exposed to the sound than others. It is a very personal perception.
The beddings were smelling of a strong perfume that didn't make me feel so comfy and pillows were too thick.
