Pros:

La presenza di un onsen con vista sulla città molto bella e rilassante dopo una giornata in giro . La pasticceria al piano terra davvero fornitissima . I dolci sono proposti anche a colazione . Colazione alla giapponese davvero ricca . La colazione continentale sarebbe forse da migliorare un pochino

駅近くで立地が良い
地下駐車場の駐車スペースが広くて
　停めやすい
フロントスタッフの感じが良く
　説明も分かりやすかった
ICE食べ放題なのがすごい！
ウェルカムスイーツもたどり着いた
　安心感がさらに増して良かった
洗面所とは別にドレッサーもあって
　朝の支度が助かった
　ドライヤーも2個あって良かった
お部屋にコンセントが多くて良かった

まずまずです。施設やサービスは感じが良いのですが中心になる従業員に問題あるように感じました。
Pros:

いろいろなシーンでケーキやアイスなどの嗜好品のサービスが行き届いていて、若い人へのリピートを促す
サービスになっていると感心した。

Cons:

このホテルにはレストランが無いので、ちょっと一口ケーキでも頂こうかと１Fのショップに立ち寄ろうとしたら
目の前で２０時の閉店ですと締められてしまいました。
ほんの少しの事だからと言っても硬く拒否されました。今の若い子はそんな風に融通の利かない子になってしまったのか
それとも店長の指導なのかはわかりませんが、機械的で非常に違和感を感じました。

Pros:

スタッフの対応は勿論良かったですし、何と言ってもウェルカムスイーツやアイスの食べ放題が良かったです

Cons:

出来たら加湿器はもう少ししっかりした物にして欲しかった

This was a great hotel, especially with kids. It was clean, quiet, friendly, and felt fancy. Great location and good size rooms. Love the ice cream!
