１階のショップの女店員が愛想なかった。
部屋の風呂のタイルのとこが黒くなってて不快だった。

朝食ウィンナー食べた際、時間が経ってたからなのか、美味しくなかった。

Amazing stay...incredible location.
Pros:

Breakfast was great but we were given incorrect hours of operation. Otherwise the stay was fabulous. Staff was kind and welcoming. Bakery was an unexpected pleasure! Value was excellent.

Cons:

Restaurant hours were not explained properly.

また泊まりに行きたいです。
Pros:

子供の食事の時に席を準備していただけた。
予約の際にベットをくっつけてもらうことをお願いをしていましたが隙間なくくっつけてくれていた。

初めて宿泊してみて‥
Pros:

立地が良く、キレイなホテルです。

Cons:

ホテルの売り？であるはずの食べ放題のアイスが品切れが目立ち、朝のバイキングのケーキも品切れがあり、ここは惜しみなく意識して補充するべきなのでは？と思い残念に思いました。アイスは各フロアに置いてあったらいいなと思います。
ウェルカムケーキも種類が少な過ぎる。
昔ホテルで働いていたせいか、色々気になるところがありましたが、全体的に従業員の活気がないです。受付も声が小さく聞き取りづらく、笑顔もない。朝食会場についても、席に案内などなく、券を入り口で入れるシステムもどうかと思います。後、ケーキバイキング裏あたりでお喋りが丸聞こえ。

二部屋使いましたが、一部屋はタンスの防虫剤？みたいなにおいがしたのが気になりました
‥。

シャトレーゼが大好きでとっても楽しみにしていただけに、もっと改善すべきだと思いとても残念に思いました。

有免費的冰棒吃到飽！雖然吃不了多少，但感覺十分開心！

Cons:

如果欢迎甜點（蛋糕）不要限時間，改為隨時憑房卡領回房間吃就更好了，畢竟白天可能都在外面觀光，不一定在下午6點半前會回到飯店。
