Cozy room near downtown

The room was comfortable and close to Plaza, and food options. There is a ceiling fan.

Cons:

There was an extra service fee to enable the air-conditioning that is not listed in the booking information. Also, they didn't have the ability to take credit card payment the day we arrived. The room also didn't have a window to the outside, the window was to a column where light comes in; however, street noise and other room noise could be heard. We would stay there again, but now we know what to expect.
