Please note that the apartments are cleaned once a week and towels are changed on the the fourth day.

Please note that the air conditioning in the rooms is available during the summer season, from 10:00 until 23:00.

Please note that heating in the rooms is available during the winter season, from 09:00 until 00:00.

Payment will be taken upon arrival.

Please note that parking cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability on the day of arrival.

Please note that from 29/12/2024 to 30/06/2026 refurbishment and improvement works will be carried out in the building, which will mainly affect the façades and communal areas. Although the floors that are directly affected will be blocked off, please be aware that there may be a higher level of noise from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, occasional dirt in the building, scaffolding installed outside, construction personnel passing through the common areas and/or the collection of material in certain controlled areas.

We ask you to consider the inconvenience that these works may cause you and, if you consider that they will affect the purpose of your stay or your rest, please cancel your reservation free of charge.

Pros:

Hola, solo pase unas horas de descanso y no utilice estos servicios.
El edificio estaba en obras, y me hubiera gustado usar el parking, pero debido a los andamios no vi el acceso al parking.
Por lo demás, la estancia esta bastante bien, y la ubicación para mi en ese momento era la ideal.

El apartamento está en refaccion en todos los pisos y fachada. Hay ruido no entra luz.
Las paredes se escucha todo.
La decoración es muy fea.
No volvería. Ni lo recomiendo

Las instalaciones están en obra , el ascensor del centro tiene un borde alto siempre mi mamá ( adulto mayor ) se pegaba con eso , el apto demasiado oscuro , deberían pintarlo de blanco para más claridad , está pintado de amarillo y el techo todo ahumado como

Algo , y el secador que está en el baño no sirve para nada una viejera , es mejor sacarlo y no dejar nada .

Pros:

Ya había ido varias veces. Están en obra, pero el lugar cómodo, el personal, principalmente Hernando, muy amable. Y el barrio de Salamanca muy tranquilo. El subte en la esquina te acerca a todas partes.
