Please note that the apartments are cleaned once a week and towels are changed on the the fourth day.

Please note that the air conditioning in the rooms is available during the summer season, from 10:00 until 23:00.

Please note that heating in the rooms is available during the winter season, from 09:00 until 00:00.

Payment will be taken upon arrival.

Please note that parking cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability on the day of arrival.

Please note that from 29/12/2024 to 30/06/2026 refurbishment and improvement works will be carried out in the building, which will mainly affect the façades and communal areas. Although the floors that are directly affected will be blocked off, please be aware that there may be a higher level of noise from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, occasional dirt in the building, scaffolding installed outside, construction personnel passing through the common areas and/or the collection of material in certain controlled areas.

We ask you to consider the inconvenience that these works may cause you and, if you consider that they will affect the purpose of your stay or your rest, please cancel your reservation free of charge.

Fue una estadía breve pero muy buena
Pros:

la ubicación me servía por razones familiares pero está un poco lejos de la zonas de interés turístico El único problema del hotel es que está en obra y después de las nueve de la mañana el ruido es insoportable Pero es muy confortable y el personal muy amable cuando regrese a Madrid e un par de días voy a volver a ese hotel

solo estuve una noche y me pareció buena opción para estar céntrico. la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas.

La cama, muy cómoda. La amplitud del apartamento.

Cons:

Tan solo que no funcionaba la televisión, avisamos en recepción dos días seguidos y no nos la llegaron a reparar. También echamos de menos un teléfono para llamar a recepción, en este caso por ejemplo que eran las 10 de la noche cuando nos dimos cuenta tuvimos que bajar para comentarlo. Además la iluminación un poco tenue. En la zona de descanso está bien pero en la mesa de comedor e Isla de cocina no se ve bien como para darle el uso que se supone tiene.
