Please note that the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded, children are count as adults.

Please note that the apartments are cleaned once a week and towels are changed on the the fourth day.

Please note that the air conditioning in the rooms is available during the summer season, from 10:00 until 23:00.

Please note that heating in the rooms is available during the winter season, from 09:00 until 00:00.

Payment will be taken upon arrival.

Please note that parking cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability on the day of arrival.

Please note that from 29/12/2024 to 30/06/2026 refurbishment and improvement works will be carried out in the building, which will mainly affect the façades and communal areas. Although the floors that are directly affected will be blocked off, please be aware that there may be a higher level of noise from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, occasional dirt in the building, scaffolding installed outside, construction personnel passing through the common areas and/or the collection of material in certain controlled areas.

We ask you to consider the inconvenience that these works may cause you and, if you consider that they will affect the purpose of your stay or your rest, please cancel your reservation free of charge.

El edificio estaba en obras, es cierto que me lo había avisado al hacer la reserva, había mucho polvo por todas partes además se escucha demasiado todo

La ubicación está bien, las instalaciones son OK pero el diseño no es lo que parece en las fotos. Parece que estén haciendo renovaciones y es posible que mi apartamento no hubiese sido renovado todavía. En cualquier caso es un lugar adecuado para pasar unos días y el precio era aceptable para la zona.

Cons:

Supongo que es complicado pero mejoraría un poco los utensilios de cocina, sobre todo si quieres cocinar algo. Por ejemplo, no había un cuchillo que cortase un poco decente. Pequeños detalles.

ESTUVIMOS ALOJADOS EN LA HABITACION 526. LAS PAREDES MUY FINAS. SE ESCUCHABA LO QUE ACONTECIA EN LAS HABITACIONES CONTIGUAS.
El MAL OLOR DEL BAÑO ERA EXTRENADANEBTE FUERTE. TAL VEZ POR MALA VENTILACIÓN O PROBLEMAS DE CAÑERÍAS. FUE NECESARIO UTILIZAR UN DESODORANTE DE AMBIENTE PARA PODER TAPAR EL OLOR.
EL RUIDO DE LA VISAGRA DE LA PUERTA DEL DORMITORIO, DEBERÍA TAMBIÉN SOLUCIONARSE.
POCO UTENSILIOS DE COCINA. TODO SOLUCIONABLE.

Soggiorno fantastico, struttura top
Pros:

Vicinissima alla metro e alla fermata del bus numero 26(che ti porta in stazione Atocha) 1 minuti a piedi. Sotto l’appartamento ci sono supermercati,bar, taperia.
Portineria H 24 super disponibili appartamento grande e pulito nulla da aggiungere, top consigliatissimo!

La ubicación esta muy bien, tiene justo al lado un supermercado para comprar.
