Charming family run hotel with a few snags
Pros:

Friendly staff, unproblematic change of room on request, clean, beds comfortable. Good location with two good restaurants close by (Italian and German) as well as cafes.

Cons:

No WiFi in my initial room (too far from router). No plugs in the sinks. Smell of cigarette smoke in corridor and stairwell every day from someone smoking in a room. Current building works (Jan 2026) to replace the main drain in the street are quite noisy from rooms facing the street.
