Uncomfortable and Overpriced: Many Issues Need Urgent Attention
Pros:

Very disappointing stay – not worth the money

Cons:

This stay was not worth the price.
Several issues made the experience uncomfortable:
1. Room Condition: The room was dusty, lacked a carpet, and had no dressing mirror or fridge.
2. Pests: There was a swarm of mosquitoes, and the mosquito net was poorly installed, allowing them inside.
3. Amenities: There was no hot water for the shower.
4. Breakfast: The breakfast was pathetic; everything served was cold.

Stay over to visit student in college
Pros:

The location for visiting a girl at medical college
Room was good value for one night especially as breakfast included
Restaurant onsite open till late
Lovely friendly staff especially Miriam on reception and the waiter (who was new!)…

Cons:

Not a major issue but some food options not available when I just wanted a snack!! We joked about it :-)

Excellent service flatters a property in need of some TLC.
Pros:

The staff offered excellent service, were honest about the AC not working in our booked family room and offered us two rooms with an interconnecting door. Moved our luggage for us and brought us additional towels and mosquito repellent. Good mosquito nets and comfortable clean beds.

Cons:

Rooms looked a bit run down in places and no hot water available in the morning.

Find some where else if possible. Shame, it could be good.

Staff though not trained properly did their best

Cons:

No hot water. Shower flooded. Poor WiFi. Waited 100 minutes for the food!!! It was then poor quality. Second night waited 35 minutes for toasted sandwiches. Extensive menu but much not available. No socket except over spa bath.
Very expensive for Kenya, would rate it 1 star. Poor value €63 per night, would not stay again.

Could be a nice hotel if shortcomings are improved
Pros:

The food was good as well as the service and the beds. The rooms and hallways were clean and cleaned as well as the table in the restaurant. Extremely friendly personnel.

Cons:

The shower positioned in front of the toilets and poor draining that kept the bathroom flooded for a long time. No shower caps and/or slippers. The rooms had poor mosquito nets and a lot of misquitos in the night that kept us all awake and bitten.

Just what we needed
Pros:

Location and staff. It’s for a comfortable stop-over and they are perfect as just that.
We were looking for a bed with a/c, a shower and breakfast, and that’s what we got.
We had a hard time finding it, but they sent somebody out to meet us.
Next time will be easier, and there will be a next time👍

Breakfast could be improved. Not many options, and didn't look very fresh. Room was quite small for what we paid for it.
