Everything was likable
I had an excellent stay and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding service. The staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations.
The location is very convenient, with Atrium Mall just opposite and Zainab Market within walking distance.
A special note of appreciation to Front Office Supervisor, Mr. Haseeb Ahmed Qureshi, for his exceptional professionalism and attentive service, which truly enhanced my experience.

The night shift front office team provided excellent service and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I would, however, like to respectfully share a minor observation regarding their uniforms, which appeared somewhat worn.
I apologize for pointing this out, but a refreshed and well-maintained attire would further enhance the overall presentation and guest experience. It may be worthwhile for the management team to consider this aspect, as it contributes to the property’s overall impression.
Staff cleaned the room on time
The room size, the location, the noise
I always like atmosphere regarding place and cleanliness
I didnt like weird rules of check in and check out time. And no cooperation of staff when buying anything from outside. Special in starting i was not given the room i booked, later on it was changed after my force on reception staff. This time was not good experience.
Taste could be better along with menu.
Cleanliness, needs to be better.
