Don Carlos the owner was super nice and very helpful.
Pros:

Very clean and parking was accessible , also I had dollars and the property owner was able to exchange some dollars for pesos which he didn’t have to do but was able to help with that.

Safe and relatively quiet place in Cuidad Obregon
Pros:

This is a hotel in a quieter residential area. Obregon has a reputation for not being safe but I felt secure in this neighborhood, even walking my dog after dark. Room was quite small, but adequate for an overnight stay.

Cons:

The onsite parking does not have gates so is not as secure as I would have liked. No problems however.

Booking needs to provide better customer service when trying to cancel or get a refund. Will never be using booking moving forward

Cons:

I think the bed was not what I expected, the mattress was too hard, I believe if money is invested in a mattress your good ratings would go thru the roof, other than that everything was great! the neighborhood was quiet.

It was adequate for what we needed. The staff was super friendly. A few amenities would have helped.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. The staff was kind, staying on the phone with us to guide us through the city to the property. They were friendly throughout our stay.

Cons:

When we arrived with our pet, we were charged an additional $150 MX. We chose the place because it was pet friendly and there was no indication of an additional charge when we booked. It seemed like a bait and switch. The room was very small and there was nothing but two towels. No cups for water, no extra TP, and no bath mat.
