Not worth the money spent
Pros:

Breakfast was a very normal one... not up to the mark and standards of a three star hotel for which room rent is paid.

Cons:

The rent was pretty high... paid the amount as a whole for two days in advance thinking that the facilities will be good... but was mistaken...
Also, the rent amounts shown in the website was very fluctuating for the very same room and its facilities...
The room rent shown in the website was under 2000 rupees... but paid more than 3500 rupees per day at site...
It is not fair to deal with ordinary customers like us this way... to grab so much of unnecessary money... even though the facilities are pretty ordinary...

The rooms were spacious ,staffs were polite

Cons:

The bedsheets had stain on it even after informing the staffs they replaced it only the next day , hot water was not continuous dinning hall had lot of dust finally the most important thing they took extra money for the rooms inspite of showing the confirmed money amt mentioned in the app .....it's an average stay not worth the money

Worst ever experience

Cons:

While booking on booking.com, I was assured that I could pay at the property. But a few days before my stay, I was asked to pay half the amount by Treebo and when I didn't, they cancelled my stay. If you are going to miscommunicate, atleast give me a refund.

bad experience would not recommend any one to stay in this place
Pros:

only location near to market

Cons:

your staff have no or litle experience in handling customers or meeting customers expections
No coutesy... No proper response. the facility room was given in second floor . with No lift. myself telling the counter
person im a heart patient. He refused to give a room on lower floor. We were two people stayed. whereas we were given only one bathing soap. While asking for extra small soap. The person incharge Mr.Kamal told me no soap available asking me to use shampoo or body wash available in toilet. Is this the way you answer your customer for a simple Rs 2/- soap. Why he not telling me to stay in another hotel ?? More over he recommended a transport for local sight seeing was exhorbitant and was arrogant demanding full payment before completing journey

Not happy, high price for small room
Pros:

Rooms are small not as per website images.
Price is very High
While booking it says pay at time of CHECKING ONLY but within few hours you get AUTO CANCEELATION SMS stating it will BE be cancelled if I didn't pay 50^% on book8ng amount. Which is really cheating customers.
Kindly treat this matter very sensitive. When complain to hotel owner, they are directing to call booking .Com or treebo customer care. Very bad.

Overall it was good.
Pros:

We were able to get a room by online booking at the last minute. Secondly it was near to tourist destinations. Centrally located near to restaurants etc.Breakfast was good. Good parking.

Cons:

Price was little higher.
