The room is good. An Electrical tea kettle is provided without tea ingredients. The staff is helpful and good behaviour.

Cons:

They are asking for tea/coffee but not provided.Almirah is not provided in the room so you can keep your luggage on the sofa. Almirah should be provided.

Would love to stay again at same hotel.
Pros:

The overall stay was wonderful, rooms were clean, hot water was available all time. The hotel staff was very polite and cooperative, especially hotel manager Mr Chauhan, he arranged pickup for us from Jammu railway station, helped with RFID Card, local transport. Also helped us arrange a cab for our way back to home.

The manager Mr Chuhan helped us lot, from getting yatra ticket till taxi and can booking . It is very near to station almost walking and food quality is excellent
