Pros:

The building is new (built in 2024 if not mistaken) and exceptionally well maintained. The garden is pretty, pool is very nice, and everything looks luxurious. The apartment we stayed in, was furnished with mid-to-high end appliances and had everything a family needs. There was a cooking stove but the pans and ports were very close to being unusable.

Cons:

Since this is a complex with privately owned apartments you will deal with stupid rules. Management asked staff to count/check sheets, towels and kitchen ware before leaving which is kind of disappointing/unexpected for such a luxurious place. I had no trouble getting the deposit back.

Gorgeous apartment complex
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! This apartment complex is brand new, beautiful, and exceptionally clean. Without a doubt, it is the most beautiful apartment complex in the city. The photos match reality 100% – everything looks exactly as advertised.
The swimming pool is large, clean, and very well maintained. The staff make sure everything stays organized and that all guests can enjoy a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. If you need anything, you can always contact the property manager. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions or requests.
Our vacation was amazing thanks to this accommodation. During the hot afternoons, it was so relaxing to spend time by the pool.
The apartment itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the balcony with its table and chairs – it was the perfect place to enjoy our meals. The area is also very quiet, making it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A true gem among all the hotels I’ve stayed in.

The location is excellent, everything is easily accessible, the hotel is spotless, and the renovation is modern and well maintained. Even the bed linen is branded with the hotel’s logo, which shows great attention to detail.

I stayed for a week, but I would have happily stayed for at least another month.

The administrator was extremely friendly and always ready to help at any time of the day or night. The swimming pool was clean and, unlike many others, didn’t smell of chlorine.

What impressed me the most is that it’s hard to believe a place of this quality exists in Bulgaria at such a reasonable price. The value for money is simply outstanding.

Everything was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!

The whole place was spotlessly clean, the apartment was well equipped and the bed and sofa were really comfortable. The apartment was finished to a high standard and the staff were helpful and friendly.If we return to Ravda we will definitely go back to Bellicity

Pros:

Все було просто супер. Привітній персонал, чисто, гарно, зручно.

Cons:

Мені трошки не вистачало прибирання номерів, більше шезлонгів у басейну, і якогось міні ресторанчику в готелі де можна було б взяти каву чи шось перекусити або випити коктейль.
