Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel had a restaurant with outdoor seating as well. It was a relaxing stay.

Cons:

The front desk person at Ibis prioritized a phone call versus people waiting at the front desk. Other than that, it was fine.

Well kept and comfortable room with lovely staff at the desk and for breakfast.
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised with our room being better than we anticipated. Clean and large, comfortable beds and clean linen with towels provided. Fantastic view of the airport and with free parking during your stay (we used this), or alternatively a free shuttle to and from the airport, very good.

Cons:

The provided soaps in the bathroom were empty and the empty bottles were dirty. We brought our own however so it wasn’t too much of a hindrance.

Overnight stay at Ibis Sofia Airport
Pros:

The studio on Floor 7 was excellent, clean and very comfortable. Also since our luggage was lost we had to wait to collect it at the airport. We were kindly granted an extension to our check out time and it was much appreciated.

Cons:

The older male at reception was not helpful. He was confrontational and argumentative about everything. This man would make people stay away from this hotel. He also received a call for pick up at the airport. He ignored it and denied he received the call! There are records of the phone call! He did not admit his mistake but denied his incompetence. Horrible man! He needs training on how to communicate posively with paying guests.

Perfecto cerca del aeropuerto.
Pros:

La ubicación para ir o venir del aeropuerto es inmejorable, estás a 3 min de la terminal 1 cuando te llevan con el shuttle bus.

Cons:

Las trabajadores son un poco malencaradas.

Намира се на 7. етаж на хотел "Ирис". Обслужва се чрез рецепцията на хотела. Много удобно място за пренощуване при ранен или късен полет от летището. Има корекен и точен безплатен транспорт до и от летището. Използвахме възможността за оставяне на лек автомобил на паркинга на хотела при разумни цени.

Cons:

Шумно е от самолетите, но това се оправя със затваряне на прозорците. Има климатик.

Pros:

It is the closest hotel to Airport Sofia. There is a lobby bar, restaurant, the transfer from the hotel and the airport is easy to be booked. The car park is free of charge (180 minutes without printed paper from receptionist). The staff do speaking English. The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms are with cheap furnitures. It needs repainting. The cleaning materials are old. First example the sponge was been used si many times.

Супер апартамент
Pros:

Апартаментът е страхотен. Чист. Тихо. Спокойно. Оставихме си колата на паркинга. Траснферът беше съвсем навреме. Любезен шофьор. При следващи пътувания отново ще отседнем там.

Good value for money and very convenient.
Pros:

I like the location ( very close to the airport for my next trip). People very friendly. Clean rooms. The fact the they had a shuttle mini van to get people on the airport for free.!

Cons:

The food on the restaurant was not that great. I had a burger with fries and some side onion rings.

深夜着のフライトだったので、このホテルを選びました。シャトルを頼めたのですが、ターミナル２からは５分ちょっとだったので、歩きました。公園を通ったり、街灯が少なかったりで、少し不安はありました。部屋は広く、流しや冷蔵庫もあって便利でした。トイレやシャワーも使いやすく良かったです。清潔感もありました。
