Posizione e location davvero molto belle. Anche la dimensione dell’appartamento è risultata perfetta e ben adeguata al soggiorno.
Sarebbe utile mettere a disposizione degli ospiti un set minimo di beni di prima necessità per la casa. Le pentole e le stoviglie sono presenti, ma piccoli accorgimenti come lasciare olio, caffè o fazzoletti farebbero la differenza; in alternativa, andrebbe almeno segnalato chiaramente che l’alloggio è sprovvisto di questi elementi.
Inoltre, dal sito e dalle foto si dava per scontata la presenza della piscina: spiace aver scoperto solo sul posto che fosse ancora chiusa. Anche in questo caso, una comunicazione preventiva sarebbe stata molto apprezzata.

Úžasná Simonetta byla vždy milá a ochotně pomohla či poradila. Prostorný apartmán hned u bazénu, který překvapil hloubkou a velikostí. Okolní příroda je krásná, všude zeleň. Ve vesnici výborná italská restaurace.

The grounds are beautiful, well manicured gardens, incredible views and very clean and tidy. The rooms are well laid out, spacious. Second bedroom is a bit on the smaller side but ok for kids or people sharing. The swimming pool is an excellent addition, especially for kids or if you want to just relax. The restaurant down the road, Albert's is one of the best meals I have had since being in Italy. Small village but full of punch. Highly recommend, especially if you prefer the quieter experience of Italy.

Montecarelli was a beautiful small village with a great trattoria for dinner. Simonetta was a wonderful and very accommodating host, who offered everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. I stayed here as a bit of a detour from the Via Degli Dei, and I'd recommend anyone else doing the same arrange transport to and from the apartment rather than walking, as it's quite a strenuous addition otherwise.
It is a very beautiful place, unfortunately we were not able to use the pool due to the winter season. The contact was always nice, helpful and kind to children. We liked the big bathroom, very good with small kids.
The living area downstairs beneath the apartment door is not very cosy. Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite monotonous, as there was almost the same thing everyday. Especially as a family with small kids we would have liked more variety and also some fresh vitamins. There was no basic equipment in the kitchen with oil, salt, pepper, tea, so we had to buy everything new. Some walls could use new paint. In addition, the rooms were poorly soundproofed: When the kids sleep upstairs, you should not clatter with dishes or take a shower. One night the kids woke up due to the noise in the apartment next door (crying baby and New Years Eve celebrations).
