Urban Coliving Alicante

La struttura è vecchia e tenuta veramente male! La doccia della nostra camera (n.2 al terzo piano senza ascensore) si è otturata dopo la seconda doccia e abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi a spurgarla. Il livello di pulizia è basso: le aree comuni vengono pulite due volte alla settimana, la camera non viene pulita (non vengono sostituite né asciugamani né le lenzuola che sei costretto a lavare tu nella lavatrice comune, comprando tu i detersivi perché non vengono forniti dalla struttura). La struttura è decentrata rispetto al centro, a circa 15 min a piedi dalla stazione più vicina del tram! Per chi arriva ad Alicante in auto, è possibile parcheggiare in zona perché ci sono strisce bianche ovunque… peccato che trovare posti liberi sia un impresa (abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare sempre in un parcheggio privato). Consiglio vivamente di sostituire le serrature perché sono vecchie! Personale della struttura mai pervenuto! In ultimo manca l’aria condizionata questo rende il soggiorno un inferno perché d’estate con 40 gradi, i ventilatori sono inutili!

Sicuramente il rumore, se si ha un sonno leggero è difficile dormire in quanto non è insonorizzato per nulla,e sicuramente la distanza ,molto lontano dal centro 35minuti a piedi..ottimo però per il tram che è a 15 minuti a piedi!

This was, by far, the worst accommodation and the worst host I have ever experienced.

From the very beginning, there were warning signs. After I made my reservation, I asked the host an important question that was essential for my trip, but I never received a reply. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning.

The apartment looked nothing like the photos. It was the dirtiest accommodation I have ever stayed in. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable, and I was genuinely shocked to find that there wasn’t even any toilet paper upon arrival.

The Wi-Fi did not work at all during my stay, so I had to rely on my own mobile data. I informed the host, but there was no effort to resolve the issue or even communicate properly. In fact, the host was almost impossible to reach throughout my stay.

The property also felt much farther from the beach than advertised. While I did not measure the exact distance, it certainly did not match the impression given in the listing.

No cleaning service ever came during my stay. I honestly wondered whether guests were expected to buy their own cleaning supplies, broom, garbage bags, and everything else needed to keep the apartment livable. I even bought disposable plastic cups because I found the kitchen items too unpleasant to use. The kitchen and terrace were the only parts that resembled the photos, but I barely used them. I spent as much time outside as possible because staying inside the apartment was simply unpleasant.

The overall condition of the apartment made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. My first impression was so bad that I genuinely felt as though I could be robbed at any moment. That is not how any guest should feel when arriving at accommodation they paid for.

The price I paid was absolutely not proportional to what I received. I came to Alicante to relax, but this accommodation caused nothing but disappointment and unnecessary stress.

Baño compartido con tres habitaciones que pueden ser dobles. Espacios en nevera reducidos.

Il est dommage que certaines choses ne fonctionnent pas très bien machine à café cassée, des prises de courant défectueuse, manque un entretien de la terrasse qui pourrait être très jolie, un peu d'entretien matériel ne ferait pas de tord

Die BEschreibung des Appartement, hier hätte hervorgehoben werden müssen, das die Küche und Terasse mit mehreren Gästen geteilt werden muss. Kühlschrank war aufgeteilt für jedes Zimmer ein Fach .
