Pros:

The fact that you have a supermarket near it. The surrounding area is quiet.

Cons:

In the room was very cold. After 2 days I received an electric radiator and I was able to sleep ok. The TV was not working. The bathroom needs some improvements. The location is quite far from bus and train station, if you want to walk.

Pros:

Sijainti vähän sivussa mutta ok. Bussi ja Tram -yhteydet keskustaan hyvät. Pittoreski vanha rakennus, jossa kattoterassi plussaa, ei tarvitse lähteä playalle pelkän auringonotan takia.

Pros:

I was staying here for three months while in the process of moving to Spain from U.S.A. I had the large room with private bath and it was roomy and comfortable with plenty of closet space. Staff were responsive and kept the shared amenities very clean. Located near several bus lines, stores and restaurants.

Cons:

A lift would have been nice but only an issue when arriving and departing with luggage. (Third floor)
No air conditioning but ceiling fans did a great job.

Pros:

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Pokój był zadbany z dostępem do TV, internetu i wentylatora. Kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona. W łazience nie brakowało środków czystości i papieru toaletowego.

Un lugar con ambiente tranquilo y bien conectado
Pros:

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, el entorno tiene muy buena oferta de restaurantes, supermercados ,y demás servicios. El TRAM queda muy cerca y es fácil moverse para otras ubicaciones de la ciudad. Me permitieron ingresar antes de la hora pactada y me atendieron muy amablemente. Realmente muy bueno poder tener la opción de lavar la ropa. El ambiente es tranquilo, seguro y agradable.

NOT a Coliving and absolutely NOT worth the price
Pros:

The room was very big, with a nice balcony and a huge bed. Super basic furniture and missing both a mirror and a bin for trash.
The building's terrace is also nice, although very empty and often quite dirty, it's ok to enjoy a bit of sun or exercise once in a while.

Cons:

The place is not really a Coliving. A Coliving includes some shared facilities (areas, rooms, equipment, or services) while this is literally just a shared apartment, nothing more.
Only one (very small) bathroom for 4 rooms, meaning that at some point there was a couple in every room and we had just 1 bathroom for 8 people. The shower drain works terribly and water overflows.
Cleaning is done once a week and very very poorly, already when checking-in there was dust everywhere and the situation never really improved.
Almost no cleaning products were there, we had to buy even hand soap and toilet paper. Kitchen with very few, old and dirty utensils.
Also, when checking-in they make you sign a contract and only give you one pair of keys, even if you're a couple, which is quite inconvenient.
Overall it is absolutely not worth over 1000€, for the same price you could rent a whole flat in Alicante, absolutely insane.
